Me personally? I'm thirsty for a championship. No one can tell me I'm not a die-hard Knicks fan. 99.9% of the time, I go to bat for this team harder than 99.9% of this board. So this isn't about some Melo fixation for me. I'm simply tired of talented Knicks teams playing ugly basketball. At least during that 17-win season, the team had an excuse, and Melo had every reason to take it upon himself to try and score most of the team's points.

But hey, 2-8 over the last 10 after a pretty good start to the year. Meanwhile, Melo is all like, "nah, we don't need to move the ball more. The fuq is BJ talkin bout?". And, "when we win it's us, when we lose, it's me". As he campaigns for a spot on the all-star team like it's still election season.

Mind you we were actually a contending team and made the playoffs every year " We just couldnt beat the bulls ..But who could ?

Should people use better adjectives when describing Melo? Sure but at the same time, criticims of Melo needn't be limited to his on court performance especially when it's his actions that are causing said criticisms.

What actions?
Players campaign for the All star game. He's not the first and won't be the last. You don't have to agree with it, but that's not a hit on who he is as a person.

The Ali pic was a statement and here comes the same people ready to attack him. These same people defended LeBron and his statements about what Phil said and flipped to the other side of the fence with the pic because it was Melo. It then became Okay to tell someone how to feel and they were wrong for playing the race card.
