All the hype doesn't matter when he actually plays.

Chriss shot 244 threes his rookie year. That blew me away when I looked it up. Now I don’t want him shooting that many, but he may surprise people a bit with some range.

If Wiseman doesn't beat out Chris for starting center...he's a bust.

Well considering he’s played 3 games of college, missed most of training camp, and has not played in the preseason, he’s not going to start at the beginning of the season. I expect Wiseman to be strong defensively with Dray teaching him how to avoid those pump fakes he fell for a bit during his short tenure at Memphis. I expect he’s not going to be a stud offensively and will need perhaps a couple of seasons to find his offensive touch. If he gets a double double average and somehow finds himself in the top 10-15 in blocks and total rebounds, I think that might be an impressive rookie season.

Just reviewed his Oregon game. A lot of fans hoping he is NBA ready should lower their expectations. He does a lot of things well defensively, but he’s going to make some mistakes. Offensively I don’t think he has enough experience besides put backs and natural athletic talent. We’ll have to go as far as Chriss takes us this year.

The Wiseman from the Oregon game and the Wiseman on the warriors are almost 2 different people, dude do you expect him to not improve after a year + since he played that game? And Are you going to discount the games he played before that? Also Wiseman is better than Both Chriss and Looney offensively and judging by your view on him you are going to be shocked how good he is

One month into the season he will have quadrupled his college experience. I’m not saying he’s going to be great right away, he’ll make mistakes and have setbacks. But by the end of the season he’ll have plenty of experience to contribute on a basic level. Just grabbing rebounds (increasing our possessions), making it harder on guys at the rim, and jamming a lob here or there is enough for a start and I don’t think those things will take too long.

Wiseman got in early foul trouble that game. That one game. Does that mean Patrick Williams will never start for the Bulls or that Adam Morrison is going into the NBA hall of fame? It was one game

Well I hope so. It’s just people are counting on a 19 year old to be a key part of the team his first year. I don’t see this year, maybe next year or like someone says near the end of the year.

We gotta let his nickname come naturally after we actually get to see him play in a Warriors' uniform...I am hoping he is a complete stud and has some big moments in the playoffs and we end up calling him, Big Game Jamesm, tho!

Hoping his nickname doesn't become FoulAMinute. But seems that refs have a strong tendency in that direction for rookies. I want his rest time to be Kerr's decision, not the refs.

Hope not, Porzingis is a bust. Always injured and he never really developed after his rookie year.

I think he'll be starting opening night. It makes too much sense to play him with the starters.
