The point is that Blake isn't going to sign with a bottom feeder after a buyout. He would sign with a contender and get tons of national exposure.

I’m not sure how much his brand is going to benefit from being a 15-20 mpg bench guy on a contender though. I doubt enough to give up $15 million plus owed.
