The Bulls have to feel the pressure after teams like Charlotte, Atlanta, and New York all made jumps last season.

He's injured his shoulder at the start of the off-season. He's a quality scorer but struggling as a PG ball-handler. He might still grow to ball-handler but his floor is 6th man microwave scorer off the bench.

The Bulls traded for all-star Nikola Vucevic (C) late last year. I believe that move signals they want to compete. They've still got some major holes to fill & roster flux though.

Coby is not a garbage player. You need to watch more Bulls games I guess. He is not a starting level PG as he doesn't have good handles and when pressured, turns the ball over too much for my liking but he is a pretty good catch and shoot 3pt shooter and a pretty good scorer - can give you 25-30 on any given night. He is best suited to be coming off the bench like Clarkson and Rose now-a-days.
