I don't we need a backup PG anymore moving forward. Lowry/Gabe/Dipo rotation should be enough.

How are you guys enjoying Lowry this year?

I haven't been able to tune in as much I would like and the only game I could really watch was the game vs Clippers where Lowry had 26 points, and then the game Vs Milwaukee where Lowry had 20/10.

It seems he has really deferred. It's oddly similar to the year he had in 2019 where he took on more playmaking duties, but I can't complain since we won the championship. I hope the same for you guys, you guys have always been my #2 team.

Go Heat!

Ive watched plenty of his games as a Raptor since I root for them too and live just north of Toronto. Hes still awesome and a big part of this team. But so far he does look like hes lost half a step and isnt as aggressive with his offense especially getting in the paint. Hes a little more turnover prone so far as well it seems without looking at the numbers but its expected adjusting to a new team. I still trust hell continue to round into form and pick it up as the games matter more. Really glad to have him. Love his game. Looks like hes having a positive affect on Vincent too and such an invaluable leader and competitor.

I wondered how much PJ had left in the tank.

He’s been so much better than I anticipated. Love him.

When everyone is healthy, I would LOVE to see Strus get a 2 week stretch starting in Robinson's spot.

I'd really like to see Robinson's contract fetch a starting level stretch 4(to replace Tucker in a year or 2) to play alongside Bam (Miami isn't moving him from center). Maybe someone like M.Bagley Jr?

It's cool to want to trade Robinson right now but if we're trading him and Bam for Turner and Sabonis....

Yurts too. I didn't think he'd be playable this season but he's given us solid minutes

Lowry took on a similar role in 2019. He became more of a facilitator. He was #2 in assists that season, and similarly he's #8 this year and climbing. Was checking stats not too long ago and while Bam and Jimmy have been out hes averaging 18/8. He definetly still has it, but Lowry has always been about adapting, that's what makes him so great. He can either be the lead guard and the main option, or he can take a step back become a facilitator and focus on the little things.

Today's game is a prime example. 12 assists, and how many of those where finding his teammates in the right place? Having Lowry has also allowed Bam and Jimmy to be more aggressive this season. Having a guy like Lowry on and off the court is huge for a team with championship aspersions.

That's probably why he won't be benched. You gotta keep him in the starting lineup so you don't tank his value anymore. He will be shopped with that 1st round pick for sure.

No on Bagley. Defensively sucks. The targets will be the 3 guys that have been discussed : Barnes, Grant or Turner
