It means I want us to tank why is that so hard for some of you to grasp?

Just turn it back around

Are you really a fan of you want the raptors to lose in the first round?

I will admit I liked the bran of basketball lwe started off with in Q1 last game. I saw both Scottie and Fred making really quick passes, less wasted time. Quarter 2 was a revelation, Scottie's vision was magnificent. Q3 devolved into our typical fred/siakam domination. I thought it funny that one specific possession Fred gave it up to Pascal in transition and ran right to a corner 3 spot up, I never see him do this but he did it for Siakam. Of course siakam shot a long 2 and made it, so Fred didn't even get the spot up but it was the right play. They were rolling and our defense was nullifying and frustrating Sabonis so that helps. Still it got kind of close in the 4thand the magic Scottie had never came back or I guess needed to come back.

But still as exciting as the potential shown that game (thank you Boucher for hitting some threes for once and precious for being alive) but the strategies and not going back to what worked again left something to be desired.

Long story, still feels like fools gold to me. It was more pleasant to watch, but recency bias aside does the trajectory of our playoff outcome change?

Win 7 in a row on the road to get back to 500 hooooo man

Here comes the blue text.

You're both acting terribly, just please stop it.

And I don't have a vendetta against you, you just keep breaking the rules. You baited as much as he baited. Both in multiple threads.

There are no victims here.

Yes there is. Forum members that get turned off by the bickering and go elsewhere for Raptors content.
Everybody is losing their freaking minds. Nutbars and wingnuts have infested this forum. We've become a public lavatory without cleaning staff.

Very true. So let's all stop with the 'stans', 'haters', baiting, derailing etc etc etc talk. And just talk basketball. Plain and simple.

Since cheering doesn’t actually change the outcome, you don’t actually need to do anything. You could even just wait until the draft lottery to be upset or not.

Discussing who the Raptors trade for or draft on this forum doesn't actually impact what the team does so why do it anyway?

My point was that he said he has to root for the warriors to win and that makes him sick. So if the raps win, that’s bad for him. If the warriors win, that’s good, but the process feels bad. If he’s getting no enjoyment out any of this, and has no control over any of it, just turn it off until the summer. This is supposed to be entertainment. If it’s not providing that, it’s time to touch some grass.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

What is the actual point in wishing for losses in game threads? I never understood that. This team isn't good and getting a high draft pick is the direction that I believe this team should go in. That doesn't mean I will be upset if this team wins and it certainly doesn't mean I will show my frustration in game threads when our team plays well. I mean isn't that what the tanking thread is for?

I see us having a very good road trip too, but I think this is a game we'll probably drop. GSW has been one of the best home teams in the league and their three-point shooting (#1 in makes, #1 in attempts, #6 in percentage) is something that scares me. I think if we do lose tonight, we'll bounce back with a win tomorrow then win 4 of the last 5 on the trip with our other loss coming to Memphis at the end of a long trip. It's possible we find ourselves at 27-28 heading into the last game before the deadline which would make things a lot more difficult for the FO lol.

Hoping we can see the same kind of performance we saw in Sacramento.

Really a perpetual meditative state is the answer.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Cheering for quality play. A good screwing by the refs at the end would be welcomed.
