SOUL wrote:Your PG position is very solid. I am pretty high on Jrue, still young and will improve. Rodrique is also an ideal backup, and then you have Prigioni for spot minutes who I assume will bring veteran leadership if not some skills. Haven't seen him play to be honest, so we'll see.

Iman after his injury hopefully won't be too different. For game sake let's say he returns to 90% of what he was, which is still pretty good. He has to learn patience on offense but he is a defensive nuisance… which is a good pairing with..

MGK, he will be very good on defense with Shump. I feel all your marbles are with him and if he pans out. If he does, your team may be in very good shape, if not you're a middle of the road Bucks type team.

Derrick Williams is a wildcard. He has played awful but may get some burn on your team and I think he'd be like, a lesser Michael Beasley type player.

DeAndre provides another player with good defense. Can't shoot FT, can't really score like crazy. Best case is he develops into a Chandler type force down the line for your team.

GG/SJax off the bench is a nice scoring punch for a starting lineup that will struggle to score some nights. Bonner may not be as effective when there are not many shooters to help spread the floor.

VC seems a strange fit on this team.

Timofey Mozgov is a solid big off the bench.

Tom Thib is a perfect coach for this team.

Anyone else?

Thanks for the writeup, much appreciated. Agree mostly with what you said. Just to clarify Carter is there just to add another vet to guide the young ones and bring them up(especially my wing players) and insurance for beginning of the season when Shump is still rusty. Also I feel Derrick Williams could definitely be better than Michael Beasley considering that he has his head on straight unlike Beasley.

I honestly still see quite a few really nice players left. Just depends on what you need.

He was eligiable last bat we had.

He was still drafted and still has an NBA team although he is not signed since he is under contract overseas.

And who the **** are you? This is your first BAT, dont start goin around being BAT rule cop. You dont care??? Well here are the rules...

5. What Players are eligible to be on your Team or be Drafted?

Any player that was/is on a 2011-2012 NBA ACTIVE roster. Any Player Drafted in the 2011 NBA Draft.
Last i checked...Mirotic was drafted in the 2011 NBA draft.

Hes eligible. Go cry about it.

6. But what about Draft Rights? And can we circumvent the rules?

- As long as the selection satisfy the criteria listed under Rule #5 you can choose players whose draft rights a team possesses. So you can draft a player drafted in the 2011 NBA draft but who did not play in the NBA in the 2011-2012 season but you CANNOT draft a similar player that was drafted in the 2010 NBA draft (for example) who was not added to a teams active roster for the 2011-2012 season.
