I'm really really hoping those rumors of moving our 4th pick for the Kings 5th and 10th pan out. Praying that they love someone who is available at 4 that we don't have as high like Fox.

If we could have done that, they take Fox at 4, we get Isaac at 5 and DS Jr slips to 10, that would be pretty exciting on draft night. All sorts of offense, defense, length, versatility, athleticism and a very fun team to watch.

Also, knowing how Orlando really seems to want Isaac, and going to see if Ford had updated his mock, I re-read Orlando's pick at 6..

With team president Jeff Weltman and GM John Hammond now running the show in Orlando, you can be sure that they won't be afraid to gamble. Both of them love long, athletic and versatile players with upside, and Isaac has as much upside as anyone in the draft.

He's also one of the biggest risks. But in Milwaukee, Hammond and Weltman bet on Giannis Antetokounmpo and they won't be afraid to take Isaac.

Because they are the Kings and there is a reason bad franchises stay bad

The WArriors were bad for a long time until they found the right owners, GM, even to a degree I think Mark Jackson was a positive and than add in Kerr, with experience, it comes together. Sarver has made a lot of errors - one of them was not having Kerr in place in the summer of 2010 when Sarver became GM. So Suns are trying to recover and it takes a LONG time

Clippers were crap for a long time as bad owners, GMs, make bad moves.

They are the least reliable of all the sites imo.

I do not think so.
He cancelled a workout with us last week. He does not want to play for us because our PG situation, too much competition (rumor).
We have Bledsoe, Ulis and Knight under contract.

You draft a PG like Ball because you think he is a generational talent that in the long term probably is better than Bledsoe

Fox - just not sure he is that talent - he might be. But I don't think enough to continue the rebuild for and trade Bledsoe

You trade Bledsoe for a rookie PG - 2020 is optimistic to contend for a playoff berth

Yeah, I know. The only way we could potentially pull something like that off which I mentioned earlier is if we made it sound like #4 was on the table and they panicked thinking someone else that wanted Fox and wanted him so bad they would pony up both picks and we'd still get Isaac. Like if they heard were taking calls they'd get nervous and wonder what's going on. I'm sure we'll just stick with where we are.

I don't post a lot, but wanted to give my .02 (thanks Qwigglez for the push):

Right now, my board is:
1) Ball
2) Isaac
3) Tatum

If it gets to the point that Ball is taken by the Lakers and the 76ers take Tatum, for example, then we should absolutely trade with Sacramento for the #5 and #10, still get Isaac and then get Collins or Markannen with the #10.

If we end up just going to with Ball or Isaac at the #4, I think it would be a good idea for us to get a pick in the late 1st and get Jordan Bell. If that happens, just sell one or both the 2nd's and use whatever remains as a draft-and-stash. Done.
