I'll wait till the offseason to get a new coach and see how he views the Bledsoe/Middleton/Giannis core going forward. Otherwise, package Mid/Bled for Damian Lillard and see if Portland bites.

Thinking Kemba's agent is the one who leaked to Woj after hearing trade chatter.

MJ saying they are seeking an all star flies in the face of the rebuilding report too. But it's MJ so who knows what's really going on.

So firing Kidd would appear to make it less likely that we'd trade young assets for win now pieces.

All his excuse-making about our youth indicate that he was likely pushing behind the scenes to trade our valuable young players like Jabari (trashing that relationship) and Brogdon too I'm thinking.

And now that Kidd is gone, it stands to reason that we would be more likely to trade veteran pieces, even if it might risk some games this season for the good of the long term.

Who says no.

Cle: Midds, Delly, Snell
Mil: Kevin Love, Jae Crowder

Maybe bucks throw in DJ and Thon, cavs throw in Frye and Osman

That depletes Cleve's front court. Gotta figure that if they trade Love, they're gonna want a big back who can play now in addition to Middleton. So Henson's gotta be included in any Love deal, imo.

Saying that we fired him because we slipped to the 8th seed contradicts trading veteran pieces to build for the future.

Kyler

The Bucks are also ramping up efforts to trigger a significant trade, with eyes not only on Clippers big man DeAndre Jordan, but possibly Miami’s Hassan Whiteside.

The Bucks have been dangling big man John Henson and several of their rookie scale players under the guise of a willingness to take on unwanted salary.

Bucks: Jordan, Williams, Favors and Hood
Clippers: Henson, Snell, Maker and Exum
Jazz: Delly, Telly (waive), Wilson, Bucks 2nd and Clippers protected 2nd

So how do we make this trade happen? Getting those 4 guys would make this team amazing to watch.

What can Bledsoe get us? Has his trade value recovered a little bit?

There are a few borderline stars that could hit the market. Love, Kemba, Beal, Wall, Lillard, CJ could all be in play.

I don't see how Bledsoes trade value has dropped any bit. I mean you know what you're getting from him on a consistent basis. A so-so jumper, a few unwarranted turnovers, explosive athleticism, puts pressure on the opposing defense and plays solid defense. Also with the ability to get hot on a given night and fill up the scoreboard. Bledsoe can fetch something lucrative on the trade market, I'm pretty confident in that.

I'm totally on board with this idea. We have bad salary already on our roster and we are paying significant money to players that are doing little to nothing to help us win so if we can land a major upgrade I'd take on worse salary without question. It would help shorten up the rotation anyhow. I'd dump Delly and Telly for a terrible contract attached to someone you couldn't even play to eat the salary and land Whiteside or Jordan. Idk who that player is on Miami or LAC tho.

I'm thinking Henson and Jabari or possibly Brogdon are probably the ones being dangled for Jordan and/or Whiteside. Wilson, Vaughn and Thon have negative value im assuming and Jabari and Brogdon are on rookie salaries still and hold positive value of some form.

We can't offer Miami too much cap relief unless it's a 3-way trade, but would be very interested in a Whiteside trade depending on what it'd cost us.

He’s signed to two more years after this one. Can opt out after next season though.

One more year after this and then a player option for 19/20
