Here’s what Gute has done:
Traded a first, 2 seconds and a 4th for Love & Watson. These are the guys he thinks will replace Rodgers & Adams.

He’s spent tons of draft capital on defense and we can’t stop the run against anyone.
5 years and we still have an old kicker that can’t get the ball to the end zone on kickoffs. Rather than an explosive returner we have a small, slow backup receiver returning kicks.
Gute sucks. He failed when he moved up to replace Rodgers, and instead gave him a giant contract extension. Fire his ass.
That is a really dumb way of looking at things. Beyond that, for all we know those two will end up being great NFL players.
It's particularly too early to write off Watson.
Though, to be fair, I thought the draft capital used to acquire both of those players was excessive.
How many NFL receivers flinch right before they get hit?
I wouldn’t bet on Watson being a success.
