Monroe. Bigs always cost more and are easier assets to trade down the line if need be.

He has to take the 4/48 deal now. He would never take the QO. The biggest question now is, does he come out this season enthusiastic or pouting?

Just to play DA, maybe he favorited the tweet because of the humor?

Yes and no ... I do think thefLakers would prefer Randall + 10 mill cap space next yr

This is just disappointing to be facing a hold out situation... With each day, we need him less. May be Milw steps up with a s/t for player and a pick. Frankly, I don't want him on a QO as all we do is provide a stage an audition. However, he'd be easy to trade, $$ wise.

I'd take Monroe. Hasn't missed many games, great passing big man, legit 10 RPG every night, super young. Easy choice IMO. Far more positives than negatives.

Sign and trade Bledsoe and fillers to Boston for Rondo and fillers?

I'm not a fan of that deal but I can see McD maybe doing it.

Well since he isn't a good defender or shot blocker, after looking at this http://a.espncdn.com/photo/2013/1010/gr ... e_1152.jpg I'd have to say Bledsoe no question.
my god is that bad

I just don't understand how a guy who is 6'11 and shoots 95% of his baskets down low can shoot under 50%

No..injury history and he's already come out and said he wants like $100 million deal on his next one.

If you all want some good entertainment - go to the Bucks board and look at a thread about their signing of Bayless. There is a ton of posts from some of the most juvenile fanboys on how they are going to get Bledsoe and the Suns will just have to settle for Iliysova or whatever other trash they want to foist on the Suns to make a deal work. It is really quite humorous.

actually frank if he signs the QO he has to approve any trade he's in this season and that team can't extend him during the season. Would really limit his trade value and complicate the situation.

I would do a Bledsoe for Randle deal but I assume the Lakers wouldn't. I think they would rather have Randle and the cap space instead of no Randle and Bledsoe at 15 mil.

Monroe easily because he's extremely skilled in the post, an excellent rebounder and is extremely durable. He's probably the most durable big man in the NBA among good big men.

Monroe doesn't win games. Doesn't play D. Can't shoot. Can pass. Is tall.
Bledsoe, please.
Just be patient, all.

You forgot the two most important ones....Can score and Can stay on the court.

I wouldn't give the max to either but I had to pick one between the two, I'd pick Monroe.

I'm over bledsoe. Maxing point guards has never worked out for anyone. Even just overpaying them. Building an offense around the position you turn into the nash suns or the chris paul clippers. Good but not good enough.

I'm hoping for smith from Detroit. We'll see how are young guys do, but without bledsoe I think we're guard light despite what people say on this board. I dont see Archie or ennis doing anything for us.

Greg Monroe does nothing for me. I wish we'd stop talking about him.

The timing of the Lakers tweet is a bit disturbing. It was right after Bledsoe came back going into the final stretch of games to make the playoff push. It was actually the day before we got killed by Kaman and the Lakers.
