You dont win a champions league with a bad GK, and yet in 2014, Casillas was the GK in the 10th Champions league that Real Madrid won.

I am praising/saluting my keeper who just broke the UCL record of clean sheets... and I described him as quality, where is the attack on Casillas? I know I posted 100x about Casillas being poor before but I didn't mention him at all and i'm still getting accused of such lol... I take nothing personal and I hope you don't as well but I did not mention Casillas at all in my original post.

That Decima year, Lopez started for RM in La Liga and Casillas played CL only. Do you or anyone remember how AM scored their first and only goal that nearly proved enough to beat RM? A great highlight for Casillas indeed. So lets not try and say he had such a huge impact for RM in that finals game. He made a save here n there n that's what expected i'm sure but that first goal, really? he did that all year...

casillas had as much impact in rm's last cl title as victor valdes had on barcelona's cl titles. probably less actually.

He has been amazing to my team so far, so i dont see the where is the "horrible GK past 3-4 years"...
And i have in the bench a legend of my club, a great GK too.
