Everyone on twitter keeps saying it was the Erin call. No, it was the right call and he did have eyes on the obstruction.

Yes, that was a correct call.

Weird, but correct

I was watching and as soon as he overthrew 3rd base, I started yelling "GO HOME!" to the runner. Then when 5 seconds later the Red Sox are chasing down the ball about to throw home, and the runner is still at 3rd base, I'm yelling WTF are doing!? GO!

Then I heard obtruction and saw the replay, it all made sense why it took him so long to start running home. So yeah definitely correct call.

you're talking about the ump or Joe Buck?

Ump made the right call.

Joe Buck?...hell no.
no homer...i wasn't even alive for it...but when Vin Scully yells "...BEHIND THE BAG!!" on that Buckner play
GOAT!

This series has been all about which team makes the big mistake(s) late to blow games. Still, it's been a hell of a series. Nothing matches the drama and tension of playoff/World Series baseball.

The ending of the past two games has definitely been unique.

Please don't jynx it.

But guys like David Ross doing that is exactly how I want this team to win. Friggen patch work. Lester only has 69 pitches, if he can take it the whole way, do it.

David Ross was one of my favorite Braves. If the Red Sox have to win, at least he's hitting the game-winner.
