Ya'll think TT or Boogie would sign the MLE with us after we bring back Ibaka?

I mean I can see serge going to the nets. If you look at both rosters on paper the nets look stacked. It’s a better shot at getting back to the finals for him.

Masai was probably talking to milsap. Remember we tried to sign him in the past and remember he still hasn’t made a moved yet. I don’t think this serge back to the Raptors is as cut and dry as we think.

Demarcus Cousins would be a low risk/high reward. I trust that Masai and Nick Nurse will be able to keep him focused and competitive. Kyle would keep Demarcus accountable.

Nets have no cap-space. Even a S7T is nearly impossible.

Only realistic Suitors I can think off of the top of my head.....Dallas and LAC

Remember we need to stay out of tax so unless Ibaka signs for under 11 mil we are not using entire MLE on a player

Noel would be such a good fit for us. Protects the rim, and a good lob threat. But also guards really well in space. Would mesh so well with us.

Cousins is high risk. Passing on him is low risk.

I think this organization could tame him. Masai managed to turn Kyle from coach killer to a perennial all-star and all-NBA player. Nick is an awesome coach. Guys like Kyle and Fred won't take **** from Demarcus.

It's the opposite, he's high risk (locker room malcontent) and low reward. He's injury prone, lost his athleticism, and was getting cooked by the Raps badly in the finals before he would get injured yet again in the summer

Rather take a flyer on Giles

Regardless of the situation, we absolutely need to replace Gasol.

As much as I love gasol...his offensive game has completely disappeared, not a single lick of speed anymore, and not a great rebounder at all. Especially non-existent on the offensive glass.

Need to replace him with someone younger, more agile and someone can rebound

He's 30...not that old. He isn't worth a super long contract...and the reward is that maybe he comes close to his pre-injury form which is still pretty damn good.

OK, we'll sign him to a 1 day contract so he can retire as a Raptor.
