They got a team sports psych this past season. I think they train for mental resilience. It's quite different from the team last year that lost leads to Celtics late 4th in every game.

Where did you hear that?

When I saw how differently they're playing this year, I looked it up. Google it.

Spoiler:
There is a lot of White in the OKC crowd (not just talking about the T shirts either)

Hmm.

Man, huge swing here. Mathurin misses a bunny, we get the ball out of bounds, OKC plays fantastic defense and forces us into what was essentially a pick 6. This hurt.

Looks like Indiana is just overmatched. It would take an epic meltdown for OKC to lose this.

Why have the smallest guy inbounding? He has no vision over that size.

Nearly every preview talked about how TJ would likely suck this series. And he has so far this game at least. I don’t blame Carlisle for playing him game 1 but the leash needs to be shorter.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

For the last 4-5 years watching the finals broadcast has been like watching a regular season game

It was the Adam Silver reply to your comment.

And Adam Silver is in part responsible for NBA not having finals logo, lettering etc on court. He’s the damn commissioner. I don’t understand why so many of you defend Silver so damn much, I swear to god that many of you are bigger fans of Adam Silver than of your favorite team.

He’s entirely responsible almost.

He’s allowed ESPN the NBA’s biggest broadcaster to completely **** on the product the last decade and make their broadcast go downhill.

These teams are stratospheres apart. It's like Boston vs Dallas last year except there's no one even close to Luka on the Pacers to make things slightly interesting. Very brutal finals from a neutral fans standpoint

Indy finally going up against a team more deep than they are. But more importantly more talented.

Oh, Dr. Jaimie Rubin. Of course. How silly of me.
