Yep, send AA to Minny for Williams.

Can Williams play defense?

I don't know.

Not really. It's pointless to get all outraged at him, we have no clue what talks were like between them, or even if they wanted AA after Doc got there. I mean why get mad without knowing all the facts or even what he could be planning? I rather him not make a deal then make a bad deal.

stop. just stop. You are not allowed to use logic on here

that's what i'm saying no need to get mad when you don't know what was on the table, no offense rcklsscognition but for some reason isn't he coming off a little salty people? is it just me?

Nothing wrong with a little salt but considering where we are in the rebuild it's not defcon 4, we can afford to go with the flow a little bit. We make them an offer they don't bite, we keep it moving that simple to me. It's not like Bledsoe is a can't miss kind of guy. He has a lot of untapped potential but the way i see it it's going to take some time for him to put it all together on a consistent basis.

Dude was the 18th pick in a draft where only like 3-4 guys in that whole draft is considered good depending on who you ask. That being said the book is still being written on Bledsoe so maybe down the line he does get it together but for me i can't help but feel like he's one of those Nick young's, Javale McGee's and J.R Smith's of the NBA. All the talent you can want but for some reason can't take that next step, should be a lot better than they currently are.

S&Ts were always worthless. Like us getting Rashard Lewis for 2 2nd rounders. Like us getting what was it... Daniel Manning and crap for Penny Hardaway? S&Ts are just a way for teams to get something minimal in return rather than lose a guy for nothing.

i would have done it just get affalalo off the roster. at this point all he's doing is taking minutes away from the young guys and adding extra wins in a year we should be tanking. i'm guessing we'll move him for a first and an expiring from a contender around the deadline if we can't dump him before the season.

The thing about drafting a PG is it will take time for them to adjust to the NBA and produce. At least by trading for Bledsoe, he's already 3 yrs in and well adjusted; I would've felt more confident that we would be back to competing in 1-2 yrs. Going with a 2014 draft PG, our serious competing pushes to 3-4 yrs.

get Dragic from the Suns. They are rebuilding anyways. AA for Dragic. wash of contracts, but they both fill a need for each team

I have plenty of good things to say about good things on our team. But I don't give anyone in management a pass or players a pass just because we're rebuilding and I'm not a "in Henny I trust" guy. I have my own opinions on how I want things to happen and just because things don't go my way, doesn't mean I want to fire the GM. I don't think anyone is perfect, Henny is not right all the time. He's off to a good start here, but I'm not giving him a free pass and I find no entertainment in just glazing over topics and saying trust Henny, he knows what's right. That's great and all, I don't have a problem being wrong, I enjoy debating things and you can't debate against blind faith.

I'm not necessarily a Bledsoe fan, I don't even think we need a point guard for 2 years, but I want to get rid of Afflalo so badly. I just have a feeling Henny and his crew are still really high on him. We'll see.

Iggy just got offered a 5 year, 63 million dollar contract from the Nuggets. That's like 12.5 a year. He'll be 34 in the final year of the contract.

Sam Amick ‏@sam_amick 1m

The Minnesota Timberwolves have offered Kevin Martin a 4-year deal that could be worth as much as $30 million with incentives. Story to come

Afflalo to the Thunder???

Woah that's crazy. He must have a lot of value on the open market. Still to this day I wonder in the Dwight trade if there were any other offers on the table for Iggy outside of Afflalo and Harrington's corpse..hindsight is 20/20 I guess

Dude blind faith is all we got, we're not in these meetings, we don't know what's being said on the phones in trying to work out deals. We all wish we can be that fly on the wall but we can't there is really no other choice but to take that leap of faith if you really are invested in the team and what they're trying to build. They way i see it we're just trying to stay flexible because we still got some things to move around, we got turk still on the roster, we got Harrington. We got to figure out what we want to do with BBD, we got some work that still needs be done.

With the way this went down i feel like our interest in Bledsoe was only somewhat serious and honestly i rather have it that way. I like that we didn't drop everything to try to pursue him, we gave him all the interest he deserved imo and we kept it moving, didn't expect the Clippers to start making stuff up just to bump up the asking price. Glad Henny didn't budge

I wonder if OKC would want Afflalo. They might just use Lamb though.
