I'd assume that true idiots live in gated communities and shop at high-end groceries that I never go to?

Why are they idiots? That video to me isn't necessarily a race issue it may be because of the situation, private property (gated community) with someone that isn't recognizable driving a truck, no matter the race that is an issue for people who PAY to be in that gated community. The real issue, which I expect that they addressed later, is that the home owner either gave out the gate code to someone who isn't living in that area, wasn't chaperoning the person with the truck (because it wouldn't be convenient for hi or the easiest... didn't let his neighbors know, the home owner probably didn't follow that communities protocols for outsiders to come into the gated area. Why pay to live in a gated community if whoever can get the codes and come on in? If those gated community residents don't do the same thing for a different colored person in the same situation (big truck that could be utilized to hold a lot of items), yeah that's racism.
If you really want a glimpse on what really is going on in the world without it being filtered by the news, I'd recommend joining nextdoor.com which is a facebook type website based on location/neighborhoods where your find out what's happening in your and close by neighborhoods by locals own words/videos. It's incredible how much crime happens around you that you have no idea of. For each person who posts a house, car or backyard break in there are a bunch of replies of I thought I was the only one. The reason I finally bought a house was because the cops had to rope off pools of blood(although dried up on the cement) 1 foot away from my apartment's front door and my daughters (4 and 9) had to cover their eyes to leave or enter.
Interesting tidbit, the recent shooting at a McDonalds over a coronavirus restriction... probably 300 yards from my home in South OKC.
