Giannis will have a harder decision to make if he leaves.....the Supermax gives Bucks a big advantage. Being European, I would guess East Coast would be his preferred destination and that makes NYC or Miami most likely free agent destinations.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Porter brothers can’t catch a break. At least Michael Porter got a guaranteed lottery contract.

Tacko is the Giannis killer. Just like he frustrated Zion and brought UCF to the brink of upset.
If Giannis comes into this season still lacking a mid-range game, Tacko will be meeting him at the rim in the playoffs.

The complaining today after Kawhi announces he is going to to the Lakers will be unbearable I imagine.

Will he be able to get a spot in the lineup? I hope he does.

Because the league will either be unbearable or great fun and mystery. It's massive.

I don't know. If he goes to the Lakers the NBA will look a lot like it has for the last 30 years. 1 or 2 dominant teams, a couple of maybes and everyone else, I have not really found that to be unbearable.

2 dominant teams is OK. The issue is when there's 1 and everyone else's most obvious play is to just bide their time until they break up. Going from a 1 dominant team league immediately to the next with the reason being a location draw would be disheartening.

I doubt the rest of the NBA will just throw their hands up in defeat. Golden State would have won 5 in row if that was the case. Games still have to be played on the court. Chemistry dynamics are real, injuries are real, player development is real....all things that can sway things during the course of a year.

Golden St. was boringly unbeatable with KD. Even though injuries eventually brought it down it was boring. 2 MVPs, a DPOY all-star and another all-star. Just too much.
At least LBJ has had the decency to keep it to 3 guys. Though 3 top 5 guys is a bit much.

Michael Porter Jr now has a knee issue? I remember everyone was saying how the nuggets got a steal with this guy yet he might always be nicked up.

It's not supposed to be serious, but who knows.

1 top 5 guy if Kawhi joins. Lebron and AD are not top 5.

In no particular order, I've got a good 8 guys ahead of AD and Lebron.
Kawhi, Giannis, Embiid, Curry, Jokic, PG13, Durant (although the injury will change things here), Harden

That’s a bit silly. Kawhi and Giannis definitely. Harden only if they keep giving him those lean in fouls. None of the others are close to Lebron.

Stop living in Lebron's past.

They'll either be real happy, or Davis will be upset over giving up $4 million dollars just to get Mook.
