I would not be mad at Amen Thompson at 2

That would be a massive reach.

If we fall in love with Amen we could always trade down to 4 or 5 and probably get 1, maybe 2 future firsts as well.

Start watching a lot of Scoot and Miller tape and games people.

Already have. I like Miller a lot. Scoots shooting bothers me. His release is okay. It just doesn't go in.

I just worry about Miller disappearing from games like PJ Washington, Jeff Green, Otto Porter, etc. he reminded me of that type of player.

With Scoot you know you are getting 110%. Defense is there. Everything is there except 3PT shooting. I think he's more Derrick Rose than Westbrook.

Just in general top 3 picks frequently miss first seasons, so I agree with thar

Also wouldn't hate moving down for 2-3 more future picks.

The Swarm are gonna finally be good.

Scoot's full season sample was 32.4% from 3pt and he was shooting from actual NBA distance. He shot 75% from the line and his mechanics look fine, if not kind of good.

MasterIchiro was a huge Scoot fan. I wonder if this is enough to get him back and we effectively won the Ichiro lottery.

I'm pretty sure he is still a Charlotte fan. He made like 4 threads on the GB about being a fan of different teams, so I think he was just trolling.

go ahead and draft scoot ship rozier and Martin to the suns for CP3 and have CP3 mentor Scoot until the trade deadline and either move Paul again or buy him out. Save on cap.

I really hope we don't mess up and not take Scoot. People loved kemba. Scoot can be muuuuch more. LaMelo and him can cross match on defense. I am very excited. Let's freaking goooo!!!

I'm a Celtics fan (as long as they keep winning).

Not many teams have a backcourt where both guards can create their own shot plus shots for teammates.

One will be on the court at all times.

Love this, some Chris Paul mentorship will make LaMelo and Scoot a hell of backcourt. He'd be huge for them just like he was for SGA and Booker.

Terry is 6’1” and 190. Scoot is a teenager and 6’2” 193. I’m not worried about his size. Go watch his highlights and you’ll see how crazy athletic this dude is and the fire he plays with. Outside shot needs work. LaMelo was looking like a 20% shooter coming into the league. It’s not like his jumper is broken, he just needs refinement and practice like any prospect.
