But Randle is a tough dude with a high pain tolerance. I don't know if we can discard anything only for the lack of a normal reaction.

I am not a doctor but that was a subluxation from what I saw and he’ll be out for a while — likely tore his labrum (rotator cuff)

You can see that shoulder pop up when he hits the deck, the shoulder bone is prominent as he hits it, a clear sign of dislocation. If he ripped the pec, well damn lol

Could be a a torn rotator cuff too
Though rest and not surgery needed

I agree with your assessment, but I was concerned about his pec as well because he was holding it. If he tore something he might miss the playoffs.
