Your following rumors from years ago. No way does Denver get Moz,Fields,Chandler,Gallo. I'm talking the more likely Gallo,Chandler,Felton,Curry,1st. This is the latest deal that was offered to Denver. In this trade we still have most of our depth we're only really losing sentimental favorites.

Yes this is how I see deal panning out as well and I think its a fair deal. Knicks get two best players in the deal right now but risk losing two guys who in a year or two might be slotted 2 and 3 in the same deal...

Right now that would be 50 mil committed. That obviously won't be enough for a max, but good enough to land a very good PG. If
Max contracts get rolled back enough, CP3 may think it's worth it to sign for less.

Why would he do that when neither Amare or Melo signed for less? And with the new CBA, who knows what the new max numbers will be. I doubt Paul will sign for less.

I'm a big Chandler fan but hey I won't be bitter if the Knicks trade him. The Gallo lovers are getting out of control.

I think both of you are misinterpreting what most of this discussion is about.

I guarantee half of the people wouldn't be nearly as panicked if it were Fields in the deal instead of Gallo....It ain't about giving up too much, because any bball person would know the skill we'd be getting is worth it... it's about people not wanting to see their home grown boy Gallo leave, especially if it could have been done with out him... it's exactly as we say it is.

Real easy to deflect blame on "Gallo lovers", when its just rational Knicks lover who are furious after witnessing Carmelo Anthony compromise our ability to build a contender so he could get paid. We had a chance to be a real contender. Hopefully this deal goes through. Chandler is great and I appreciate all the hard work he's done for us over the years. He's by far one of my favorite players on the Knicks. Especially since we drafted him and he has come so far since he's joined the league. He was a steal at his draft position.

Felton was ok for his price and he put his heart into the game. His talent just didn't follow through after the first couple months.

The other two guys just need to get off my team and city. Now.

Hilarious that some are hating Melon for wanting to get all of his money. The rumored package is still not enough for a top 10 player. And you are arguably getting a upgrade at PG (short term). Why should Melo shoulder the risk so you guys don't have to give fair value for him?

Because I thought a ring was more important to him than money?

He wants to get paid and win like anyone else. It's worth taking a slight paycut to add a 3rd star like the Miami guys did. But if I'm Melo I sure as hell ain't risking taking less for some average players like Gallo, especially when I don't even know how much less is. 

Come on now, these players aren't studs. I'm not trying to bash your players but these are not star players that y'all are losing. Players like Gallo aren't hard to get. Stars are.
