How can you not?
I think it takes more than that for the Cavs to trade him within the division but I love that.

If Jabari comes back and Thon develops you are talking a title in our first season of the new arena.

I don't understand why it would take more? Do divisions really even matter in the NBA? Most would argue they don't. I'm all for getting Irving but I don't want to gut my team to do it.

If you aren't happy being number 2 to Lebron in a guaranteed finals team then I don't see how you'd be ok being second fiddle to a fresh on the scene star in Milwaukee.

Again, I don't think I care but it could be trouble, he is a bit of a whiner.

Giannis is just amazing. He knows he is a God.

If Kyrie wants to try some playmaking ... I am fine with it. Let him try.

Maybe he was indeed shadowed by the King.

Get him first and problems will be solved cause again Giannis can play all positions is NBA's most versatile player

I mean point Giannis wasn't even a thing last year. Kyrie would get all the opportunities don't worry about that.

So that would leave us with;

PG: Kyrie, Felder, GP2
SG: Snell, Vaughn, Jet
SF: Shump, Brown, (Parker)
PF: Giannis, Wilson, Mirza
C: Thon, Moose, Henson, Hawes

If you could follow that up with a Wade for Shump, Henson, Felder, MKE 1st

PG: Kyrie, GP2, Terry
SG: Wade, Vaughn
SF: Snell, Brown (Parker)
PF: Giannis, Wilson, Mirza
C: Thon, Moose, Hawes

That'd be about the most interesting team we have had in quite some time, with almost 50M in expirings, which should leave us with about 28M in cap space or so to make a run at Paul George. Resign Parker if healthy

PG: Kyrie, x, x
SG: PG, Vaughn, Brown
SF: Parker, Snell, x
PF: Giannis, Wilson, Mirza (exp)
C: Thon, x, x

Would really be up against it money wise, but at least you can see a path, even if it is a long shot.

Delly needs to convince Kyrie to come here like he did Bogut to the Cavs.

What do you think of Middleton, Jabari, Brogdon, Delly, and 2018 for Kyrie and JR?

I doubt that is the issue. I think it's more he knows Lebron is leaving and doesn't want to be stuck alone in Cleveland for his contract year. If the Cavs wait until next year they will literally get nothing for Irving because everyone will know it's a sinking ship.

He found out they were dangling him as the main piece in a PG trade and got pissed

Way too much to give up. Not gutting our roster for Kyrie.

As much as I'd love for half of our offense to be Kyrie isos, I'm sure they'd want Giannis/Thon/Middleton/our next three firsts/my first born. He's really not worth it.

Granted, it's a lot easier to be a Packer fan now that Lacy is gone.

Think we would need to keep one of Brogdon or Delly to balance out the backcourt with Kyrie.

Don't imagine the Cavs would insist on both either, especially if they are signing Rose.

If we can land Kyrie, get rid of Delly, and keep Brogdon I will trade anyone they want, excluding Giannis of course.

We are so much better on offense with Kyrie that I think it frees Giannis up to make plays in other aspects, not to mention all the lobs we would see with a Giannis Thon Kyrie lineup.

Can someone tell me how the Wizards can pay Wall and Porter upwards of 70 mill a year over the next 4 years? I'm serious.

He likes to do things like that to tease the media. Hence the whole "flat Earth" thing.

Could be a blessing for Lebron if the team utilizes Kyrie as a trade piece. Maybe he will not bolt.
