I heard that part too, I wasn't sure if I was just hearing things.

Look, Tebow can't throw the football. But he makes plays with his feet and if you give any kind of QB like that a chance to beat you than more times than not they will.

He doesn't deserve a ton of credit, he just deserves credit for taking advantage of 4th quarter possessions.

That kind of hyperbole is what most irrational fans will have with any high profile player. Most people know, in the end, this Broncos team will either fade into obscurity or make the playoffs and get completely exposed in the first game.

I dislike people like Tebow who apparently believe that God cares about who wins football games because it cheapens and disrespects a God about whom I care deeply. Having said that, I like that Tebow is having success because it confounds the "experts" and gives us an interesting issue to talk about. Looking forward to seeing him match up with Urlacher and Briggs.

I think the best thing for him would to be some type of hybrid back. Imagine him on a team like the Saints or Patriots or Packers. You line Tebow up in the backfield with an elite QB, and really work to keep the defense off balance.

It would take an offensive coordinator who was creative enough to develop an offense that could find away to take advantage of the combined strengths of an elite passer paired with an athletic mobile QB, but I could see it working.

So people don't like it because god doesn't care about football? Look the kid feels god has a plan for him and this is a small part of the path. People been hating Tebow since the day he started @ Florida. It's just the way it is, HATERS gonna HATE. If he's not on you're favorite team or in the same division how could you possibly dislike a kid so bad for wanting to live his dream? Better than hearing about some dude making it rain at the local skripper spot.

Not a huge fan of the faith PDA stuff, but I don't care enough about that stuff to hate him. And he's a pretty bad pocket passer, but that doesn't seem to stop his team from winning games when he plays QB. We'll see if his style has staying power, but for now he's winning, and he almost always pulls off a crazy drive to win the game. That's exciting even if unconventional.

The only thing I might "hate" in relation to Tebow is how the entire sports world (and beyond) is so obsessed with him right now. But that's not his fault. He's just doing his thing.

OMG...Bears just got Tebowned...seriously...as you are watching that game...you knew it was coming...you just knew he was going to make plays...it feels like watching MJ in the 4th quarter all over again...

Seriously, he is down 10-0 with 5 minutes to play (AND NO TIME OUTS) and you just know he is going to make plays.

I personally hate football...its so boring to me...but wow! it be fun to see the packers go undefeated all the way to the super bowl with Tebow barely making it there by some miraculaous 4th quarter and OT games and face each other in the big game...wow...that would be something!

I had a bad feeling about this game when during the week, they asked the defensive linemen about Tebow and they just burst out laughing.

Wonder if they are laughing now.

This game was lost by frickin' Marion Barber. Defense did its job. I know these guys aren't brain surgeons, but this is what you get paid millions of dollars to do for a living. How can you blow that one to gain an extra yard or two? Unreal!!!

Fumbles happen, but I was absolutely stunned he went out of bounds. In fact the past two weeks, I'm still trying to figure out, how the heck did the Bears manage to lose those games? Especially this week.

The hate for Tebow is so bad that even Packer fans were cheering for the Bears to win today. He is so bad, it's like watching Rex Grossman with the Bears all over again...just worse, much worse. Every single game, the opposing team loses and the Broncos win despite Tebow, not because of him.

He's conservative and open about it. What ISN'T there for the media to hate about him and pretend its just coincidental that they focus on negative stories about him?

Tebow is awesome. Would prefer him being the QB at the cowboys then Tony Choke Romo

Whats wrong with him being a Christian ? Would people hate him if he was a Muslim, Jewish or a Buddhist

1-He is not very good, but religious people LOVE him and act like he's great. People hate underserved worship.

2-He's always thanking God, as if God really pulled for his team and hated the other team, and cared about who scored.

3-He never says anything meaningful, or football related. You ask him about a drive, or a play, and he just comments about effort and God. Makes him look like he has no football IQ.

4-People who know nothing about football are all about him, posting "that's my boy" on facebook. Never mind that he sucked and the rest of the team deserved the praise.
