Above is the list of free agents. We do free agency one tier at a time to keep things simple for the agent(s). Tier 1 is typically made up of stars, tier 2 is usually solid starters, tier 3 is key role players and average starters, and tier 4 is mostly scrubs.

Can't see any tier 4 free agents signing in Philly after that comment

Is it legal to trade for an RFA's rights prior to the start of Tier2/RFA FA?

No. You can do a sign and trade though.

No place for scrubs on this team.

Yes. You can also offer contracts that decrease in value (4.5% or 7.5% for bird rights)

You can offer them in your offers, but we just call them Player Options.

Player Early Termination Options (ETOs) give the player the right to terminate the contract early. An ETO can't occur prior to the end of fourth season of the contract (which implies that the contract must be for five seasons).

You can offer player options in the last year of the contract regardless of length.

Are we allowing sign and trades if you're over the luxury tax? They've been allowed in the past, I just want to confirm before I do anything.

If I agree to a S/T with another team, the player (KESH?) still has to agree, correct? Or does the game assume all players would go with it

Kesh (the player's agent) would have to agree.

Kesh decides where all players go. You present him with an offer and he takes the sign and trade into account with all the other offers.

Technically no. It's Kesh's call, but the CBA says no, and I know he wants to follow the CBA. So I'm gonna say no for him.
