I just want to confirm that I can sign 2nd round picks to 4 year deals if I use cap space or part of my $2.5M cap-space MLE, correct? I know IRL this can be done(Rockets do it all the time and Parsons is the poster child of this) but wasnt sure if that carried over to this game.

Anderson Varejao signs a 4 year/$15,415,578 deal with the 4th year being a player option with the Portland Trailblazers. Gets to play on a contender and will get a lot of minutes behind Ibaka and Hibbert.

Andrew Bynum signs a 2 year/$5,100,000 deal with the Los Angeles Lakers. Gets to be a starter on a contender and play alongside LeBron, Bosh, Klay, and Curry.

Darren Collison signs a 3 year/$12,286,617 deal with the 3rd year being a player option with the Phoenix Suns.

Jordan Hill signs a 1 year/$4,000,000 deal with the Miami Heat.

Steve Blake signs a 1 year/$2,500,000 deal with the Phoenix Suns.

Jordan Crawford signs a 4 year/$12,810,000 deal with the San Antonio Spurs.

Jodie Meeks signs a 2 year/$10,000,000 deal with the Indiana Pacers.

Patty Mills resigns a 4 year/$13,350,000 deal with the Charlotte Bobcats.

James Johnson signs a 2 year/$5,075,000 deal with the Orlando Magic.

Greg Oden signs a 2 year/$6,135,000 deal with the 2nd year being a team option with the Boston Celtics.

Marvin Williams signs a 2 year/$6,090,000 deal with the Dallas Mavericks.

Jimmer Fredette signs a 3 year/$9,405,000 deal with the 3rd year guaranteed 500k with the Miami Heat.

Toronto sent in an offer on Okafor. I'm assuming it was rejected. $4M and a team option for a second year.

I'm assuming it'd have been in his junk mail since no reason he shouldn't accept it.

But with the open biddings, you can just offer him a lesser amount and get him. You could beat anyone else's offer up to 4 million
