Still like Mo Wagner a lot.
I guess they are just checking in on him and seeing if he has been enjoying his time at the combine.

I could see some teams passing on him because he is a smallish SG like Donovan Mitchell, but they both have INSANE wingspans and Khyri looks like he thrives on the defensive end. He is also an upperclassman which could also lower his stock. If they can find a way into the first round somehow... he seems like the ideal guy. Much better fit than Anfernee Simons.

He knows PG is gone and he is shopping Russ.

I’m a huge Khyri Thomas fan. I think he is more Jrue Holliday than Donovan Mitchell.

“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

From having the chance to talk with a few writers, a lot of stuff that sounds unsourced is actually sourced—it's just sketchier or only confirmed through one person. I'd bet Scotto has at least some reason to believe it.
A lot of things that are based on actual conversations get let out as "should think about" or other weasel word language.
So you think alkins is for sure who they want?

Not for sure, but he's the one that they were linked to last year.

Isn't he projected second round most places?

I've seen very late first for some, and I'm guessing he might go up. Early projections change.

I know but I put that range for the interviews with mpj and trae, I really think we can get a first round pick of course not that high but maybe Presti make a big trade and get a lottery pick, specially with the rumors of teams thinking in trade down like suns , grizzlies , hawks. I think that melvin frazier is a Presti guy,Knrstz wrote:thor19 wrote:If okc get a first round pick and lets say is around the 7 to 25 which player you draft ?
That’s a pretty broad range. Troy brown and Khyri Thomas for the later picks. Mikal bridges if we were up around 7. Zhaire Smith is intriguing around 15. Not really fans of Bagley or Trey Young even if they fell in the draft. Lonnie walker feels like a guy I’ll be wrong about. If we get him, he’ll bust. If we pass he’ll be a stud. I’m not impressed with Robert Williams. If we moved russ, SGA is interesting.
