As a Heat fan, a frontcourt of Bam & Myles Turker makes my mouth water.

Turner is the catch. Oladipo will be thrust into “bad trade” listings.

I just dont trust he's gonna play at a high level again. It will be interesting to see the return they get especially with him having a year left.

Things went south quickly for Oladipo in Indiana it seems. Was the hometown darling, and then the injury, and then the "lowball offer," and then the bubble flip flop. Definitely some smoke as it pertains to there being some sort of disconnect.

Dipos had a weird career. TBH I wouldnt feel comfortable giving him the keys to the team.

Kinda flamed out in ORL and was a non factor in OKC. Id love him on my team but wouldnt give up much to get him and he would have to llay his way into a role. If hes forcing out of IND where his career has finally taken off, wouldnt seem he would accept my situation.

Could Dipo be the "3rd star" for the Nets?

Indiana is looking to move on him too.
They had offered him.what they thought was a fair extension and he declined. It's time for both parties to move on.

Indiana would be fools to release him for nothing when he clearly is leaving 100% bc he wants to join a more big market competitive team preferably as part of the big 3. I think whoever offers a top 10 pick and a serviceable expiring will be the winner of this bid bc Indiana has little leverage although a lot of teams will bid. Nets, Boston Knicks, Bulls, Cavs, Hornets, etc will all be interested but im not sure whether they will ignore Dipo's wish and trade to the highest bidder.
Now Indiana's issue is do they sell Dipo alone or package it with Turner for a mega deal?
Lamelo will be a future superstar Bull. Book it. Lavar for president!

He sustained what is probably the 2nd worst basketball injury with a torn patellar tendon. It’s not common but probably next to the Achilles a career killer. He’s highly unlikely to reach All Star level again. Most guys just don’t accept this right away hence the disconnect.

That’s actually a great idea. Prince/Kurucs plus two FRPs might get it done.

No, not Myles!!!!

But I cannot blame him. He was the scapegoat for everything the last few years. He was not featured in the offensive gameplan at all, no blame if he wants out.

Is Indianapolis the 11th most populous city in the country?

33rd largest metropolitan area, which is a better measure of how large a market is.

Honestly I've never been sure of what to make of him. On paper he seems like an incredible 'unicorn' type of player - one of maybe 5 or so 7 footers in the NBA who can protect the rim and splash threes. But whenever I watch him or look at his stats... I just don't consistently see the same impact. Sabonis on the other hand, every game I've ever watched of the Pacers when he's playing, you feel his impact.

Hello Milwaukee, here's the point guard you're looking for.
