Derrick’s making the case to play more.

Ayo’s game is saying “trade Coby.”

Great win!

Nets' frontcourt is suddenly very thin, if they're not going to play Claxton and Griffin. I think they will be vulnerable in the playoffs. That of course can still be fixed with roster moves.

Kind of signature win, huge C’mon Bulls! Just amazing how good Zach/DDR pair could become. Some rookie Ayo.

Did Will Perdue and Kendall Gill just talked about trading Coby? Are they allowed to say that kind of stuff in the postgame show? Maybe something is in the works.

That's not cool at all. Coby was probably at home watching the broadcast himself.

But, it's apart of the game so ....

Just finished watching. What a great win! Look at our PF spot ( Williams , Green and Alex down ) and we still have the next man coming up and providing a lot of energy. DJJ at the 4 also kind of forced Billy to play Bradley in the third and it really gave us a nice presence inside with some extra opportunities created on the offensive glass.

I think he should always get some minutes instead of going to the super small ball lineups that Billy loves so much. We will probably need him being ready in the PO too ( if no trade happens)

Some other notes:

DDR is an absolute boss. Was watching the nets broadcast and Richard Jefferson is in love with him. To the point where he wanted a continuation on several calls against his own Team.

Whenever LMA plays the Bulls it seems like he just cant miss a shot. He slowed down in the second half at least but i was just shaking my head in the first. This guy was out of the league with hearth issues and still feels like torchering the Bulls everytime for trading him. Kudos to him.

I look at the moves AKME made this off-season and when I specifically think about Caruso, DeRozan and Ball I wonder why more teams didn't go after them?

I guess they didn't see the same value in those players that AKME did. I know when he made those moves I wasn't sure about them, but looking back I'm glad the Bulls have a front office that didn't want to spend years rebuilding.

I hoped this Bulls team would be good, but they are better than I dared to hope.

Bulls need Coby's ability to shoot and get his shot more than Ayo's defense and finishing. They have plenty of hte latter on the bench, but not much of the former.

We have reach my arbritrary date in which I need to either shat or get off the pot in terms of getting invested in this team so here goes:

I apologize for my raging explosiveness of awesomeness but I could no longer controlled it. The Bulls team has gotten me invested in their journey.

Fantastic game.

I bought league pass the other day (it was 50% off) and they haven't lost yet.

I was extremely sceptical of the DeRozan signing and I wasn't really a fan. I couldn't understand why so many people on this board were clamouring for him, I didn't see the fit.

Damn this crow tastes good.

I'm loving seeing Ayo balling out, that block in the 4th was crazy. I was so happy when he dropped to the Bulls.

Watching DJJr swatting shots left and right was amazing, I though he did a really good job on Durant also.

Watching Harden struggle to be efficient after they've stopped rewarding him for his ridiculous tactics is a thing of beauty.

Lastly, LaVine space jam'd DeRozan's free throw drawing ability this game.

Bulls need to be careful trading Coby. When teams start doubling zach and DDR we have few guys that can punish it. And i wouldnt want to rely on Ayo for that.

NY, LA...who’s next?!

Zach and Demar big per usual. Sure is nice to be able to say that. Big kudos to Zach for his score around 1:15-1:20ish left. I thought...here comes the damned lazy, tough step back. Nope. He stayed patient, and took it all the way for a tough 2. The kind of decision and growth we need to keep seeing.

Did not like how easily Durant scored late. It’s freaking Durant. How are we showing so little urgency in guarding him?

Ayoooo played great. I have zero worries he’s going to regress because BD show cases Coby for awhile. Up to BD to figure it out and get them both time if that’s the goal. Steal a couple minutes from the big 2 here and there, and more from Javonte.

The Lonzo disappearing act is concerning despite the big 3 late.

Vuc was ok. Hit a damn wide open mid range shot for once. The rest of the team could do us all a favor by not passing to his shins on the roll.

Also, screw your refs for stealing Demar’s continuations.

Hope AC gets better soon obviously. Bradley was solid in limited minutes. We don’t have to go Mini all the time, Billy. Bradley does just fine against bench units.

Ayos superpower aren't his slashing, length, or defense. Lots of rooks in the league come in with his skillset. It is his ability to learn and apply after being coached. He is hungry to he coached and learn.

I mentioned it the other day. The kid adapts immediately. He learns from his mistakes and changes his approach then and there. It is really impressive.

I was hesitant to label him a "lotto" talent in the 2nd round on draft night like so many here. I assumed it was just rose colored glasses with him being a local kid but god damn is he a steal in this draft.

Coby White should be stressing about his job. He looks extremely expendable right now and we all know how badly this team needs another big man.

And that's probably the best thing that can ever happen to Zach, because Zach himself is huge Kobe fan, and Derozan is manifestation of guy who grew up idolizing Kobe, study his moves, and succeed.

Zach knows that the best thing for the team is to defer to DeMar. He will have plenty of chances to close out games either way.

Zach has always had crap teams around him, this is his chance to play the 1b and learn how to control the game. No more rushing shots or feeling that he has to pressure the defense ASAP. Get to your spots, hit your footwork and get your shot or get to the line. Last year he was a bullet going north to south in the clutch. Now he is using screens and dancing on people. Then they don't expect it when he runs the full length of the court for a layup.

I think Zach knows he can takeover whenever needed to, but is happy to watch and learn from DeMar. He knows he will absolutely be THE guy in the future, but he still has a lot to learn about being a leader. Just look at how he raved about Draymond after the Olympics.

This makes sense. I could have sworn his arms looks super long when he yammed it on Sengun during the Rockets game, but I wasn't sure.

It's just so much damn fun watching guys like Zach and Zo and even DeMar and Vuc playing for a good team that matters.

You can tell every big shot they hit or every defensive stop they get hits differently to them than it has ever before or for the first time in a long while.
