They owe their pick this year to the Pelicans (pick swap)

Nets are the team I'm keeping an eye on joining the tankathon.

KD's old enough (and has had enough injuries) that waiting until the end of the season before trading him holds plenty of risk.

Brooklyn might need to trade Kyrie mid-season if they want either / both of those Lakers picks too.
Oh absolutely. If they are still bad come about Christmas I could totally see the ownership having enough of that circus and trade everyone and start over.

If the Nets want to keep their pick they may want to move fast too considering the 2023 pick swap with the tankathon aspirant Rockets:

The Nets received two first rounders from Philly in the Harden trade, one this year and another, 1-8 protected, in 2027. That permitted the Nets to send one of them to the Jazz for Royce O’Neale in July. Under terms of that deal, Utah gets the worse of the Nets and 76ers picks. The Rockets also have the right to swap picks with the Nets, but unless there’s a complete collapse in Brooklyn, paired with a surprise showing in Houston, that swap will be “extinguished” (as was the 2021 swap.) The Nets cannot trade the better of the two picks because of the Stepien Rule since their 2024 first is owed to the Rockets.

Yup, just hours after he signed with the Shanghai Sharks. Accusations from other women as well.

Then you've got the decline of LeBron and Harden from field tilters to high calorie scorers.

Meanwhile John Hammond is thrilled his team is 0-5, while at the same time Banchero is averaging 24/7/3.

Banchero is going to be awesome depending on his mindset. He's not one of those tweener types. He's listed at 6-10, 250 and looks every bit of it, but he moves like a giant SG.

If he's committed to being great, he could be a top 10 player in the league. I've watched bits and pieces of Magic games just to check out him and Wagner, and the thing that has impressed me the most is how active he is on defense. He still has a lot to learn, but he looks willing to put in the effort on that end. He's also already drawing a ton of fouls by being aggressive offensively which is huge. He's currently 6th in the league at 9.0 FTA. Some guys never figure out how to get to the line, yet he's already having double digit games in FTA.

If contracts didn't matter, who is the best player that you would trade for Ben Simmons?

Jae Crowder? But maybe not, like if you were playing a playoff game tomorrow and had to pick between the two I might take Jae.

The absolute funniest Simmons trade would be for Draymond Green. The warriors are arrogant enough to think they could fix him. Draymond with KD and Kyrie would be so **** funny.

I do t get the point of Simmons on the nets. He literally does nothing. He doesn’t box out on defense, he does absolutely nothing on offense. It’s like the guy completely forgot how to play any resemblance of basketball. And he’s a multi time all star.

Weird things have come out of Philly. Simmons forgetting how to play, fultz forgetting how to shoot.

It's hilarious because Kyrie and KD thrive on being the primary ballhandler and creating their own shots. Simmons can literally only be a passer. They don't work together at all.

Kyrie with 4 blocks and 2 steals, what is even happening in that game?

That is an interesting question. Even at his peak I never liked him because he has such a weird skill set that you kinda have to build around him, but he's also not and has never been a good enough player that you'd really want to build around him. I think the Blazers are the team that he'd be the best fit on and so I think my answer would be Nurkic.

On the bucks I wouldn’t trade brook, Gianni’s, Middleton, Bobby, jrue for him. So the next best player? Pat? I guess I’d do a pat for Ben trade.

For me, one vote for "ATL".

Reminds me of "ATLiens", and that is never a bad thing.

Jacques Vaughn with his big-ass (but well-kept) beard is unrecognizable.

This is such a dumb review. Not an original idea, but there needs to be a team reviewing everything offsite and just feeding answers to the reffing crews if we're going to carry on this way.

Yankee Kyrie may be a bit of a nutter, but man can Aussie Kyrie score.

I can't stand listening to Richard Jefferson. Not only is he a giant buffoon, but his voice is annoying as hell.
