Re: Anthony Randolph is 7 ft, 222lbs
While I highly doubt Anthony Randolph is 6'11, and the NBA season inevitably (and always does) expose these rumors as baseless (like how Mark Cuban claimed Dirk had grown 2 inches to 7'2 the same year Dirk was a good 2 inches shorter than 7'0 Pau standing side-by-side for a photo at a game), AR has thin shoulders which means he fills up a lot less space in paint when trying to jocky for rebounding position.

I'm guessing the bitter tone to the posts on this thread is due to the fact that Ant Randolph slipped to 14..That = 12 team's who totally blew it in the 2008 draft...
So go ahead Heat fans, vent away.

I wonder how big his penis is?

O.J Mayo, Brook Lopez, Eric Gordon, Kevin Love and D.J Augustin are all likely going to have very good careers too. So I wouldn't categorize it as that. If we're talking about a weaker draft, then I'd agree. But the 2008 class was just excellent.

Trust me, no one has the rope around their neck over a 7 & 5 guy that couldn't play big minutes for one of the worst teams in the league.

I pity the fool.
I still remember the days when almost 90% of this board didn't believe the Warriors would make the playoffs, yet alone upset the Mavericks. Deja-vu?

I am over it, I'm on Anthony Randolph now. The kid has star written all over him, it'll just take a while before everyone starts to praise the kid. For now we play the waiting game.

No way guys like Joe Alexander and Gallinari should be taken before Randolph. Enormous mistakes there.

Thanks, Nostradamus. Why are you acting all offended, aren't you happy your team got him if he's so good?

He said 12 teams made a mistake. Which is hardly accurate.

Gallinari has yet to play a full season, and he has more ball handling skills than Randolph with more range and he is 6'11".

But Randolph is 7'1 and can see the floor like Magic.

This guy is quickly becoming one of the most overrated players in the league. Promising young player? Ok sure. Some people are acting like he's a lock to be a future superstar and HOFer

that's because he is. also i'd be outraged if they didnt induct randolph to the hof one minute after his last game ends.
