With Russ gone, Wizards still need a point guard, and they're willing to reroute Harrell and Kuz. Kings were willing to accept Harrell and Kuz for Hield in the initial trade, Lakers still want Hield. I don't know why this trade hasn't been worked out already, feels like it fits all 3 teams' needs.
