The first tie-break criterion is points, not head-to-head result.
By points, they do not mean points scored in games, but points earned in group stage (2 points for a win, 1 point for a loss). Therefore, to answer lambchop question, Bosnia and Herzegovina will play France tomorrow. Should they win against France, they will advance and Lithuania is out. If Bosnia and Herzegovina, however, loses against France and Lithuania manages to win against Hungary, then everything will be decided in the last game. Bosnia and Herzegovina plays Lithuania - whoever wins, advances.
