No, it's not. It's a biological factor that makes your testosterone act out in front of women. You guys stare from the moment we enter your sights. Not even saying it to bash guys, but it's a biological thing. You don't control it.

And saying that we wear things that invite you to stare is seriously a stupid thing to say. Disappointed that I'm hearing it from your tugs. are you referring to "we" as "all women"? if that's the case then, no, we don't do that. we are wired to to look at something inviting, something attractive for us, not necessarily something "exposed". I'm attracted to sophisticated women who wear corporate attires. I agree that you should be able to wear anything you want but it also depends on the environment she's in. yes you are in your house but if there's someone with probably "bad intentions", it's better that you adjust. it's not one way you know.

sometimes, though staring is creepy, he may be thinking, "hey, this woman (not chick/babe,etc) is really beautiful (not hot/,sexy,something I wanna bang)." and he's just in awe with your presence, making his reaction time slower than usual.
