If you read the unflushable ones greatest hits it's full of contradictions.
Son of immigrants, hates immigrants and supports policies that deny the same opportunities to other people looking to improve their families outlook.
Suffers from chronic health condition and is a beneficiary of socialized health care costs, yet supports policies that denies the same for other people.
Complains about crime, and uses racist tropes to blame brown people, while supporting policies that promote socioeconomic immobility.
Believes his moronic and dogmatic views are being suppressed by fact and science based policies, but is perfectly fine with curtailing other peoples rights in support of his own delusions.
You cannot argue with dumb people is basically what it comes down to, full stop.
If you are going to lie, at least do it with a hint of intellect and even truth.
My health issue was the result of an incompetent surgeon who I later found out described himself as a bleeding liberal; if only I had known this beforehand. There is an obvious difference when it comes to most employer-funded plans, and tax dollars going to healthcare or the absurd universal healthcare push. Our company has three different vendor options when it comes to medical insurance. I'm in one, with zero impact on those on the other two plans, which is the majority of staff, mind you. We all pay the same in premiums and copays, regardless of age and salary, as it should be. Sure, some young and super healthy people may not be getting their share since we have a high percentage of folks in their 60s and 70s working here. But if they work here until retirement age, it all evens out for them, full circle. Not like tax dollars funding medical programs when it's being blatantly abused by folks who shouldn't even qualify for it, not to mention the ones reaping said benefits don't really pay anything for the pleasure. If we had a more flattened tax system where people paid roughly the same percentage of their salary in taxes, then okay, but that's not the case at all. Universal healthcare, yeah, so people who pay a ridiculous amount in taxes each pay period and then come April get the same level of health care service as those who pay close to nothing yet get tax refunds. That's so incredibly fair. We have a good chunk of people who get all the benefits of programs and services via tax dollars, yet burden others with paying for them. One of the reasons Wes Moore has sunk MD into debt, yet no one here wants to talk about it:
https://www.mdpolicy.org/research/detail/how-maryland-found-its-way-to-a-3-billion-budget-crisis"Rising costs for state-backed
entitlement programs like Medicaid, health care for people in prisons, subsidized child care, and developmental disabilities have also repeatedly forced lawmakers to find more money."
And there it is, the only bullet in the liberal arsenal; if someone does not tow the line, they are racist and hate immigrants. Don't even need to defend myself here because you have zero substance in your argument. Never blamed anyone of color for the crime rate. I said DC is a crime-infested city, which it is. The stats show it, watching the news shows it, and listening to the experiences of friends and family proves it. And all of those friends and family are brown/black, mind you, since the overwhelming majority of my inner circle are one or the other. The boots on the ground have improved DC, made it safer, and the same should be done for the other cities with astronomically high crime rates. There's no logical argument against measures that combat and deter crime. But I'm sure here comes some response with the word "racist"
Immigrants who did it right, who you seem to think I hate, have proven time after time that this socioeconomic immobility is a farce. Generally, if you put in the work, you'll reap the rewards eventually. But that requires work, which is one of the four-letter words the left hates. Accountability is the word they hate most, as proven by their views on abortions, soft on crime, and handouts.
Again, the convenience of using "science" when it only benefits your arguments. But the obvious, clear-cut science of XX and XY has no bearing on anything, somehow. That's a choice and fluid, not a scientific fact.
But there's no middle ground or even respectful discussions here, so there's no point in trying to do so. The constant name calling just because people view things differently than you, feels like going back to high school, and I for one was glad to be out. I seriously doubt all those here have these altruisticc hearts, and that's why they believe in all these government-funded feebies, you do so because it either benefits you or people in your life. I'm not going to keep taking the bait and disrespecting God's call to be gentle and live in peace, so I'm out.
