Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins was fired today. Weird timing as the regular season is almost over and the Grizzlies are 44-29 despite all their injured stars.

That to me is called dysfunction.

For the draft followers amongst us...

Let's all keep our fingers crossed for San Antonio (vs. Magic) and Chicago (vs. Raptors) wins tonight, as well as a Blazer loss vs. the Hawks.

That would put the Blazers back into the 8th pick.

Looking more and more like the Blazers will not catch San Antonio, and will more than likely remain at the 9th pick.

Still 20% chance at a Top 4 selection...however 26% chance the pick slips to 10th.

300+ million people in the U.S. and this is the best we can do? Is it that difficult to get someone who actually knows what the hell they're doing, who has everyone's best interests in mind, and who isn't an a-hole?

Admittedly, Game 2 was the Lakers team I was expecting to see.

I feel bad for Dame man, knowing how much Haliburton gets under his skin but no longer good enough to show him up like he used to when he and Russ were going at it.

It's really feeling like this might be the end of prime Lillard and he's gonna have to start adjusting to a new reality as a player.

I would totally wear that Blazers warmup jacket, and use that Blazers luggage...but probably not if it cost me $1750. A lot of that stuff seems to have reasonable expected costs, honestly...

I don't know if there's every been a cornier star in the history of the league than Haliburton...

Bane traded to the Magic for KCP and a bunch of draft picks.

There goes that hope of Simons getting traded. I would have liked that trade down option for #16/#25 to still be available to the blazers…

If Simons would have fetched that return I would have been ecstatic.
