The reason why the Hawks are so good right now is a systemic thing. Culture. Approach. Discipline. Where does that come from? Who is in charge of that?

their coaching staff plays to their players strengths and doesn't put them in situations that their players will struggle. You dont see players who can't drive trying to dribble into the lane, players who can't shoot try and chuck threes, players who can't play defence get caught in mis match situations. Simple smart basketball, it's not even funny how bad our system is.
