So are GMs not going to total up their team salary and add it to the Google Doc? Including IR players too?

So far it looks like only 3 GMs have done so

I have school every night Monday through Thursday so I won't be able to respond at that time

You should put your team back in your sig or list the players, I can't access the spreadsheet @ work

I need to finish tomorrow...I know I do. I've been a little busy this week prepping for school and such. I'm still looking for one final trade for a shooting guard. If I don't get one, no biggie...I think I figured out how to fix my team. I just realized a few hours ago that my team is pretty much based off of European players and non-Americans lol. Who cares though, IT WORKS!

Come on just do the Aminu for Bayless deal I proposed...you know you wanna.

Bayless isn't an ideal starting SG but he's a legit offensive player...plus you have big PG's to offset his 6'3" height.

No. JC at this stage of his career is no longer a reliable Starter. He's too streaky, and too turnover prone. He also needs the ball in his hands a lot. He is NOT a good fit for that Team. Lee was better. Landry and Nene are a wash. Yes, you get slightly more scoring with Landry than with Nene, but remember he moved Boozer AND Brewer for Nene and Lee. So in essence he moved Boozer and Brewer for Landry and JC. Still outside the Top 5.

Lol nah...Aminu has too much potential. I'm just gonna keep my team this way unless I see something that I like differently. I'm gonna do the salaries and then try to make my sig! Outcome should be kinda funny...like, really really funny lol-it's gonna suck haha.

I sure hope so. I turned Carlos Boozer, Courtney Lee, and Corew Brewer into Carl Landry, James Harden, and Jamal Crawford. Landry might be a downgrade from Boozer, but he's still a starting caliber power forward coming into his 4th season who has yet to reach his ceiling. Harden is a better prospect than both Lee and Brewer. With Crawford, I know what I'm getting, I don't need him to start, but he solidifies my bench. I also got about 9 guys now who can knock down the three at a good to very good percentage.

Both teams I traded with also improved.

Bish and the Spurs have a scary frontcourt on the defensive end with Josh Smith, Kenyon Martin, Nene, and Roy Hibbert. Courtney Lee also adds more defense than Crawford in the backcourt.

I haven't compared all the rosters, but the Jazz might have the best team in the league. Kobe/Boozer 1-2 punch with Mo Williams as their prolific shooter, as well as Evan Turner and Tiago Splitter the young studs. In the 4 build a teams, this is the best team Kobe's ever had.

Crawford wasn't all that streaky last season, he shot 45% from the field and 38% from three. Old? He's only 30. Off the bench, Crawford has spot-up shooters in Bonner and Evans, a guy to catch alley-oops in Hickson, and a bulky point guard in Maynor who will take pressure off defensively.

I guess so for the question you asked, but I quoted you just to comment on your team. Earlier in this thing, I made a comment about someone's team that went with all young players. A mod threw everything at me for basically being a jerk because I didn't like the guy's team. I forgot who the guy was, but look at your team. Look at your starting 5. Your young players compliment each other. Its not a group of young players that were just thrown together. Its a group of young players, with nice upside, that compliment each other. Besides being young, your team is completely different from the team that I ripped earlier. I don't see why its a sin to give your opinion on a guy's team, after they asked you to give an opinion. Why lie? We're all grown men on here. If you're going to get all upset and throw tantrums because your team isn't regarded as a good team, then don't participate. If you want to participate and have a good team, then get an assistant GM and ask for some input. I like your team, Knicks1214. I'm not necessarily a fan of the coach you picked for the type of team you have, but I guess a disciplinarian like Pop can be good for some young players. The Popovich and Stephenson combination reminds me of JR Smith and George Karl. A disaster waiting to happen. Haha. That is a nice team you put together though.

Haha thanks a lot dude! I'm not gonna get upset/pissed if people don't like my team. It's only a BAT and you learn from them...but yeah, thanks a lot. I actually picked up the team from Swiss way back when. He had a completely different team...and I made, what he thought, a bad trade to get Ben Gordon which continued to ruin my cap. His team was much closer to the cap and then after my BG trade, it went well above the cap...so honestly, in the beginning I was terrible haha. He actually commented on my team and I listened to some of the stuff that he said.

Pop as the coach was him lol but Stephenson was all me. I think he has way too much potential and I feel that I got great value drafting him as late as I did. I think surrounding him with solid vets like FIsher and having a hard-nosed coach like Pops will only help him. I love the way how every play compliments each other...that definitely helps. I also really like the defense that my team plays. Horford/Bargs is one of the better defensive combinations in the league and Gallo, Chalmers, and Jones are all solid defenders also. Also, I have a very young team, with loads of cap, and I will have loads of cap for the upcoming seasons.
