Would love to get rid of trashnani but there is absolutely nothing about Jefferson that makes sense for this team.

Jefferson is definitely an upgrade over Bargnani but he's not a great fit for this team either. Does getting him justify dropping down 7 spots in the draft to do the deal, I would say no.

I'd rather hold onto Bargnani and take my chances with the #5. Odds are after Jefferson's contract runs out, he won't fit on this team anymore.

I would only be interested in Jefferson if another deal was lined up parting with him. He's an injury concern, bad defensively, expensive and must be sick of losing by now. Not a good fit for Toronto at all.
