2 out of 3 with the NY Choke Rangers having home ice advantage

I still cant believe that this choke artists of a team won in 1994. Time for me to find that OLD VHS tape so I can remind myself that 1 time 1 time, 1 lousy stinking time this team didn't find a way to choke.

Every single year outside of 1994 this team finds a way to kick it's fan base in the balls.

The team' has been playing mediocre for the last 1/4 of the season people shouldn't be surprised that they are having a competitive series against a game opponent. The only teams we were going to annihilate in the first round were the Capitals or Sabres. The power play has been crap all year and so has Dubinsky. I know I'm in the minority, but that Rick Nash trade should have been made.

7 straight OT losses for the Rangers. think about that? 7 straight?

Rich Nash wouldn't have changed the losing atmosphere and the choking. He would have been a band aid on a missing limb for an organization that has choked 71 out of the last 72 years.

Didn't they want Dubinsky AND Kreider? Kreider has way too much potential for that deal. Nash is good but not great.

Bad loss...we go up 2-0 early and its because shot the puck and crashed the net...We stopped doing that in the later powerplays...The ice is horrible in Ottawa...

Just shoot the **** puck and stop mixing up lines Torts. We had the chance to win this, I just think Torts failed to use all 4 lines properly in the playoffs...3 minutes or so for the 4th liners in a game that goes to OT

I thought it was just Dubinsky, Del Zotto, McDonagh, and a first. Could be wrong, the Nash rumors were as wild and inaccurate as the Melo rumors were.

I think we have the defensive depth to be able to give up Del Zotto and McDonagh. McDonagh has been great in this series though.

Something needed to have been done for the power play. Richards was supposed to solve that but he's been inconsistent on the power play all year. If you put Nash, Richards, and Gaborik on the same line that's probably the best line in the NHL outside of maybe Pittsburgh's top line.

This is not looking good. The Rangers have forgotten how to score and the Sens just make the plays when they have to.

I believe that's what the Rangers actually offered and I wouldn't have done it. McDonagh is just phenomenal and Staal still isn't back to his level of play pre-concussion. I really think Nash got overrated as soon as teams found out he was available. He was the best player at the trade deadline but he wasn't worth giving up two young defensemen with top 4 potential along with a first and a work horse like Dubi...though Dubi had a bad year.

When's the last time the Rangers scored? Seems like several games ago.

Anderson has been the reason. He's been great since game 2.
