Jonas Valanciunas hurt his ankle working out on Saturday. Team is hopeful it isn't serious. More information tomorrow.

I'm sure it's not anything that serious. We still got 5 weeks until the season starts. We'll be fine.

Someone needs to follow the Lithuanian papers. I know that lrytas.lt is the biggest one. Skim for Jonas pic and use Google Chrome to translate. You know they will have a better scoop.

They said it was a light injury. Nothing major, just an ankle twist, and in a week he will train at full force.

Not necessarily about him inevitably sucking, but we all know in Raptorland that missing even a week of training camp is a built in excuse for the whole season. So no matter how well Jonas plays, BC can sell to us that he'll be even better with a full training camp.
