 the legs of a supermodel. Pics or gtfo

I'll see if I can dig up some pimp/ho party pics from a few years ago. :P

This is all I could find it's from a bucks party on a houseboat about 4 years ago, sadly I don't have my legs shaved here but you get the gist. :P

Edit: after sleeping on it I've decided that probably isn't that hot. I guess it will live on forever on twirly's hard drive though. :D

Just Completed the 60 day Insanity Challenge. For anybody that wants to get super tone, while not trying to lose a ton a weight. I highly recommend it.

Yep. I'm only 5'11" but I got down to 178 before my wedding and I started to get really weak and had trouble functioning the way I had before. I'm just not really built for that weight. Between 185 and 190 is my sweet spot.

Last day of studying before I take my Certified Personal Trainer exam through NASM tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I likely won't actually train many clients but getting the certification to do first time assessments and to help train my personal trainers at the gym.

Left a well paying retail management job last year to enter the fitness industry and haven't regretted it for a day.

Congrats, I'm a month in, and in the recovery week. That program is crazy, I'm starting to get sick of Sean T's voice.

I'd recommend getting some Catalyst to take so you protect your lean muscle mass. That high intensity of cardio is going to strip fat and muscle if you aren't getting the right nutrients in you.

Good luck. NASM is a very respected cert, it's the first one I got. I'm working on my third cert and second through them right now. To echo what you said about the industry- I'm the same way. I was a realtor and got certified and eventually went on to training full time. I now work for myself and have ultimate freedom and make more money working a lot less hours than I did as a realtor. So, good for you and good luck man.

What is catalyst, and where do I buy it?

It is an amino acid supplement designed for the olympic wrestling team for cutting weight without losing strength/muscle.

I don't want to spam the board so just google catalyst supplement and you should find it right away.

Nice! Are you doing one of their specialized certs? I am going to do the CES (Corrective Exercise) one as soon as I pass the CPT Exam. I will likely do the weight-loss specialist one next year as well.

Yup, CES is in progress for me right now. I'm taking my sweet time studying though. It's not as motivating to get it now that I work for myself, it would have been an instant per session raise if I was still working for a gym. Now I'll just have more letters for my business card and fancy words to confuse my clients with. I suppose the extra knowledge doesn't hurt.

Great work you guys. That must be an amazingly rewarding profession, and I'm not even thinking about money. New and unique challenges every day.

Hopefully none of you were practicing the "clean and jerk" or just the jerk at the Racine library on March 15th.

Reminds of when my Gonzaga legal writing professor took us on a tour of the law library. He told us a story from a few years back about a serial masturbater that had masturbated into books in every library on campus, eventually they caught them in the law library. One of many random but hilarious stories told by that professor.

And yeah, that line about "all the libraries on the face of the earth" is priceless.
