Of course you think this.
Anyways, I'm thinking this means Jack is definitely cut and Sessions is moved to 3rd string with Burke taking backup to Frank (maybe starts out season starting and then moves to bench by 1/1/18 at latest).
Until Lady Marmalade can play a few games without sitting out of course I'm going to think that

So you see Baker predominantly at the 2?
I think Baker is simply a guard. He's definitely not a 1 and he doesn't have the size for the 2 (but has the wingspan and strength) --> I still see Delly, as in an a guard who needs to play next to playmakers.
I agree. I'm just wondering where he will get his minutes from if we keep one of Sessions or Jack.
Both guard slot rotations are full

Are you gonna be complaining all year long? It's petty, childish, unbecoming.

Re: Knicks sign Trey Burke
Frank was having a hard time learning from sessions and jack. was confused by sayings like VHS, Myspace, Compact disk player. needed a younger translator.
There's something about an underdog that really inspires the unexceptional.

Yeah, honestly, no idea. I think we end up trading Lee sooner rather than later and I think Dotson / THJr will see some time at the 3. Also, my gut feeling thinks that Beasley is gonna be released like Jennings was last year because he wants to play for a team that is going to be in the playoffs.

Re: Knicks sign Trey Burke
Burke hasn't been very good. Volume inefficient scorer, not really much of a point guard. Not a good shooter. He's had flashes and I think he might be decent in up tempo sets with right players around him.

How can you even think that Dotson would be cut?? There's no way in hell Dotson is going anywhere.

Re: Knicks sign Trey Burke
I love it. I wanted this done months ago and was upset when we chose Jack over Burke, but I understood why. I know Burke has been crap since his rookie year (and Jennings surpassed him on the depth chart), but he's still very young and has enough talent to turn it around and be a factor.
This is a low-risk, high reward situation. If he balls out for the rest of preseason, he'll make the roster. If not, we'll see what we have in him in the G-League and let him develop. If he does, we'll call him up later in the season; if he doesn't, we'll cut bait. No downside.
Scott Perry has been doing a great job so far. He's saving Steve Mills from his own ineptitude.

actually its a welcome relief from the homeristic views of most around here. its ok for people to have opinions that arent always sunshine and rainbows.

Ron is a 2.
Frank/Sessions/Burke(Hopefully he takes over for Sessions)
Timmy/Baker/Dotson
That should be the guard rotation. Move Lee to SF.

What makes you think this? I was against signing Beasley but the thought of him doing well and being used a sweetener to trade another vet is appealing to me.
