I am watching the TEXAS VS CAL game on ESPN2 now and Jericho Sims is playing (the CENTER #20 for texas). I ranked him in my depth chart but I did not have much footage on him. I ranked him on athleticism. So far he has 8 pts and 5 rebs at half. (one of his highlights will be on sportscenter tonight). He might be someone to consider in the second round for our center position.

I think James Bouknight plays later tonight 9:30 ESPNU for Uconn against Xavier. I have him rated high so far. First game I think he had 8 pts in 11 mins and like 5 rebs.

I watched a bit of that game as well and he caught my eye with his athleticism, he really influenced that game.

Not sure if he is a good basketball player tho. He did show flashes with some decent passes and does try to set lots of picks. Not sure how he is with his midrange game.

Bouknight had a good game. played 25 mins, 19 pts, 6-10 fg's. if I were choosing right now it would be

PICK 1 - Hayes, Bouknight, Digbeu, Robinson-Earl

PICK 2 - Nakic, Kai Jones, Sylla, Zagars

This would be the depthchart if fell to us.

I really like Tom Digbeu. This is a video of them saying he "replaced" Lamelo Ball. He has potential. Right now I am torn between Hayes, Bouknight, Digbeu and Nakic.

I would love a depthchart of

PICK 1 - Hayes, Bouknight

PICK 2 - Digbeu, Nakic

the video kinda starts around the 50 second mark. They start talking about Digbeu around 2:30 mark.

Bouknight is really good. I am impressed. As of now this is what I want

PICK 1 - Hayes, Bouknight, Robinson-Earl

PICK 2 - Nakic, Digbeu, Kai Jones, Sylla, Zagars

I still have HAYES slightly over but I will take BOUKNIGHT if hes off the board

Well he witnessed Lamellos triple double and game tying 3. Kids going to be exceptionally good.

Unlike Cho I am confident that Mitch will make a good decision should we be lucky enough to land a high pick. And also unlike Cho I am confident that Kupchak has the experience, resume, and balls to tell Jordan not to screw it up.

The four high lotto picks I want most:

Deni Avdija - SF
Anthony Edwards - SG

LaMelo Ball - PG
Cole Anthony - PG

These are the only ones who give me a stiffy. We'd be lucky to land any of them.

Leaning towards Deni as we witness Luka emerge as a superstar franchise talent.

Lamelo reminds me a lot like his brother with his passing and feel for the game.
his natural dribbling style looks so casual, that it looks like he doesn't care. (i'm sure he does, but I can imagine it being frustrating when you're losing)

he really needs to work on his shooting though

Why don't we just draft these two. They play for UNLV.

That triple double was something else. I think he's the only franchise-altering player in the draft. Lonzo busted and Lavar is obnoxious and toxic but I'm starting to think we have to take a home run swing.

The future of the NBA is team play. Court awareness is a natural gift. We see it in future superstars like Morant and Doncic. Ball is the only playmaker on their level. He's a fit for our Spurs blueprint. Move the ball. Make the extra pass. Shoot threes or drive. Don't settle for mid-range jumpers.

Kupchak must be salivating over Ball.

Lonzo can play a multitude of positions. Im not even sure hes done completely growing yet.

LaMelo seems to have a better eye for the basket than Lonzo.

Lamelo is the head of the snake. He has A LOT of growing up to do to make it in the NBA. Talent through the roof just like his attitude.
