How about Brunson AND Ball?

In theory it could be an awesome combo but reality is Lonzo injury was so bad there was rumors he’d never play again. He’s been out for two calendar years and the most recent update is that he might be cleared to run this month for the first time so he is still a long way off. hope he can come back next season though sad to see his career derailed like that

DeRozan is a good player but his skill set is similar to RJ, except he doesn't shoot from 3. He's redundant and he doesn't offer enough versatility to be plug-and-play.

There's no room for him in the Knicks starting 5. We need RJ's versatility (and he's a cornerstone), and we need Bullock's 3-point shooting and off-ball movement on the wings in the line-up.

Either you're bringing DeRozan or RJ off the bench. I don't think that's smart or a priority.

Haha, yea, I didn't think the Knicks were getting anybody so figured the draft would be the only way to get a PG that's why I said that but in that draft I was highest on the wing players.

i firmly believed he would be an all-star for us. i'd seen enough in that dallas playoff run he led with luka hurt.

but he's exceeded my wildest imagination already. and, damn. he's just entering his prime. and, damn. his game doesn't rely on athleticism. who knows how long he could play like this? max extension loading.

I'm ok dying on Lonzo Ball Hill three years ago. Time has shown that Brunson raised himself a few levels from what he showed in Dallas but Ball was a really good player. His knees just turned to dust.
