Minimum 2 FGAs, let's go boogie

did you check?
I'd have guessed some dude who played in only a few games would have done better from 3.

Boogie doesn't look like he's getting much lift out there on those legs. But he's very skilled and is a welcome big to have for 20 minutes a game.

Cousins' passing ability and ability to hit an open 3 is going to make him a great fit for us. You could see it tonight right off the bat and I loved the clutch 3 in the 4th quarter. Not bad at all for a guy who just joined the team a couple days ago and hadn't stepped on an NBA court in almost 6 months.

As I've said, all season long, it's criminal he wasn't on a roster. He's gotten the short end of the stick for not being "Boogie Cousins." He's absolutely a serviceable big in this league. When you're not a star, you're out of the league, but if you're a roleplayer teams will throw money at you, total BS on his end.

Being huge and being able to hit the triple and being able to pass the ball? Seriously, what. the. ****? He's had more than enough time to get past, "Give me the ball I'm Demarcus Cousins." For that to be a worry for this long is just a woeful failure by NBA GMs.

Cousins rocks. Looks as dead as Brook defending in space but man is it nice having a big other than Giannis that can pass. **** fun game.

BTW, we're going to be called a superteam when Wall gets bought out and he comes here and it's going to be so **** funny it's happening in MKE. The players union is going to throw a fit about that behind closed doors all season long.

He has high IQ when isn't rattled, pissed, annoyed, etc. which in the past he had those emotions for a lot of the game. Anyhow I liked what I saw from DeMarcus tonight. Glad he is with us. A Tucker replacement (shooting + toughness).

Boogie was a headcase. He’s likely matured.

For those that need a reminder, recall our game against Sacramento a few years back, when Johnny O’Bryant basically was told to go in and mess with his head by Jason Kidd. If I recall, JOB basically got Boogie to foul out and pick up a technical or two.

Yeah, he's been humbled, and that's a good thing. Still, anyone trying to make a martyr out of Boogie is way offbase. Milwaukee's an ideal situation for him. He is lucky as heck to be there.

With Brook and Donte back we have a solid 10 man rotation.

Jrue/Hill
G.Allen/Donte
Midds/Patty
Giannis/Portis
Lopez/Boogie

Solid is an understatement

If Bucks fans continue to give Boogie the Bobby treatment like they did last night, you're going to get the best out of him. Some dudes just want to be loved.

Boogie and Grayson seem to have pretty good chemistry. Seemed like Boogie was looking for him a lot. He hit him twice for open 3s (that I recall), and he hit one of them. He has always been a very good passer, and that will add an extra dimension on offense. His defense will be average at best, but he's still an extremely talented offensive player.

He kind of reminds me of old Jack Sikma. Will hit a 3 if you leave him alone, good passer, slow AF on defense, etc. Doesn't move as well as Jack did in his Milwaukee prime, but similar.

The butterfly breeze you cast out to the world with this one before the game started was just enough of an alter to make that heave by Bridges spin out at the horn. Well done sir.

Friendship ended with BOBBY. Boogie is my new best friend. BOBBY is also my best friend. Go Bucks

I know I shouldn't care, but NBA Twitter is insufferable. Hardley anything on Boogie's debut or Giannis 40 point night. It's all Jrue getting beat once and Giannis apparently getting "posturized" when he's trailing on a alley-oop block attempt.

And like a lot of people here assumed, it looks like coming to MIL to rehab your imagine (value) is now a thing. We've seen it with Portis and now Cousins said it in his interview. Bring on the buyouts!

We don't know what happened in Boogie camp. Maybe they were looking only at a few teams for him to join and waited for a chance. Maybe he had to get in better shape first. Maybe his agent was in contact with Horst for weeks, but Horstie played hard to get. And maybe Horst needed some time to convince Bud to take a look.

I think it's not difficult to see that Mil was high on his prefered list, certainly with Brook out. And for the Bucks it is good timing to try him out.

He played 13 of his 15 minutes with Giannis. No worries for his +/- if this is the plan most of the times.

Its poetic that guys like PJ/Bobby and now Boogie will become these cult legends coming here to grind out a ring. There was a long stretch of time where we would over pay guys like that and theyd come and hate the cold and be depressed
