I don’t think Loperfido will be sent down. Who would play LF vs righties? Lukes, with Barger in right and Clement at 3rd?

Yes.
Loperfido is the clear candidate to go down from a roster construction perspective with Varsho back but he’s on a crazy hot streak and they should ride that while they can.

I don’t think it’s ideal to have Clement playing everyday vs righties. Sometimes, but he has a 71 wRC+ vs righties this year. They need more left handed options on the bench.

Honestly I think that’s what they’ll do at this point
You can’t justify sending Davis down given his numbers against LHBs and Loperfido is on fire

A few shaky moments, and a stadium that doesn't play well to his stuff, but Berrios delivered a solid outing all things considered.
Still only at 62 pitches, I don't think they are in a hurry to take him out. Yariel might start softly throwing in the pen once next inning starts.

Not ideal but he’s an elite defender in the infield and the Jays have shown they value that above all else

Its quite possible somebody get banged up in the next week, allowing France to stick around.
But if we go injury free, I don't think they hesitate to DFA him -- he wasn't a big enough acquisition for them to insist on keeping him around for pride reasons. They DFA'd DeJong as well in 2023 once he no longer had a role, and wasn't producing.
