KOC back???

I haven't seen it either. 2010 spilling some beans?

Figured he couldn't stay away from the draft though.

I was looking over the teams and the 2022 off-season is about to be so crazy. If you already have impactful players signed beyond that point, count your blessings lol

With the trade deadline having come to an end, it’s time for teams to lock in. Excited to see who rises and who falls. One day at a time, one win at a time. If you lose a game, study the box score, learn what they heck went wrong and fix it if necessary. Execution, attention to detail, proper offensive & defensive schemes, and of course good health will be key.

Tonight we get to see some players on their new teams. Good luck to all the GMs looking to make the playoffs, and I really hope none of us see any more long term injuries! Exciting times. Let’s get it!

I still have no idea how Bish is going to handle that offseason, I know we discussed hour breaks, but my God there are a so many players that are free agents. Bidding wars on top players and end of rotation bench players at the same time will be a hell of fun to figure out lol

I truly don't know, some teams will be focused on re-signing their own 4/5 star players, but then you will also have teams with a clean slate with $1000+ to seek out talent that are currently on other teams. I think young players that are Booker like in talent with 4.5/5 star ratings going into the year 5 reset likely cash in given 29 teams with money to spend. That Sabonis deal going to look real good after the reset lol

Yea I’d def advise guys just to come out the gate with their best offers from day one and don’t spend too much time chasing a guy like I did with Booker (who I was genuinely interested in). Thankfully I was able to bring Sabonis and Grant back who were my bird rights which played a huge role given my rating at the time.

Also, leading up to 2022 I’d look at the categories required to get a good FA destination rating cause that will also make a significant difference if the current system remains the same.

What a half year for the Jazz, from trying to emulate the old seven seconds or less Suns to starting to rebuilding project. Sim Beal just can't replicate what he does in real life, Russell just couldn't handle the Lamborghini and the rebuilding started. Some of the youth has been assembled with eyes on a top three pick to really accelerate the rebuilding process along with the future considerations from various teams.

With Reddish, Nesmith, Alexander-Walker, Anthony, Bolmaro, Petrusev and Reid we look to start adding some young talent in hopes a few of them pan out. We rolled the dice on Bagley getting traded in real life, doesn't look like that'll happen. Bamba is still the ultimate lottery ticket hopefully.

We started years behind the all youth approach teams, hopefully it won't take us years to get back to where we were. Let this be a lesson for some teams out there, never go full sim in your team approach.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

Since we are talking about 2022 off-season, this new guy has a few questions regarding free agency. Why doesnt Lonnie or Windler have an 3rd year “option” like Nassir, etc?

Patrick Williams- $28/3(4) years
Nassir Little- $27/2(3) years
Lonnie Walker- $24/2 years
Grant Williams- $18/4 years
Dylan Windler- $16/2 years
Tyler Bey- $15/3(4) years
Jaden McDaniels- $15/3(4) years
Zeke Nnaji- $13/2(3) years
Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk- $4/4 years
Payton Pritchard- $4/2(3) years
BAF: Phoenix Suns
PG: Ja Morant / Ajay Mitchell / Ryan Nembhard
SG: Coby White / Quentin Grimes / Sion James
SF: Keegan Murray / Caleb Martin / Kon Knueppel
PF: Matas Buzelis / Tristan da Silva

1st rounders get a 3 year contract with a 4th year option

2nd rounders get a 2 year contract with a 3rd year option

you can add extension and such on top of the options but those are the max year you can have a rookie under there rookie contract.

Walker I believe was picked the year before Nassir little so walker option year...You have to pick up the option after year 2 of a 1st round pick and after year 1 of a 2nd round pick.

Nissir little will either go to an expiring next year or a 2 year contract when Bish gives you the right to pick up his rookie deal option.

Walker already went through that process.

In regards to Windler, he was a second round pick in the BAF draft, and i decided to only extend him for 1 season.
