Re: NBA Summer League 2022
I think all the Top-3 guys look at minimum the type that can be a #3 on a contender, and most likely much better. I always liked this Top-3, I think they are all going to be All Stars.
For Portland, Keon Johnson is showing out. Everyone knew he was a elite athlete and pesky defender, but he must have a great work ethic bc his shot has improved leaps and bounds since TEN days. He was seen as a Top-10 talent but fell due to his shot, and since then he has become a league wide afterthought, but he is going to be a really nice role player. Has that combo of motor, elite measurables and a good work ethic - would be surprised if he doesnt become a playoff rotation worthy 3/D guard, if not more.
Jabari Walker is going to be a rotation guy as well IMO. NBA genes, athletic enough, really high BBall IQ (Knows his limitations, knows when to cut to the rim, good IQ on defense, etc). I think he can become a quality role player, and would bet on him being more of a net positive on the floor this upcoming season than the other younging forwards (Sharpe, Brown)

In another thread someone suggested the Kings put Murray in a trade for Donovan Mitchell. I think that would be a bad move...one that goes backwards not forwards.
Kings fans better wish their FO doesnt do Kangz things again
Wouldn't happen. We don't have picks to include anyhow

Yeah I'm confused about it too. They had a playoff format in the past but this year the top 2 teams will play for the championship (on Sunday)... and then everyone else just seems to be getting matched up at total random.

I hope Jack White (Denver) gets a roster spot. He'll never be a superstar but I think he could carve a junkyard dog kind of niche on a team.
Also, Wiseman with 9 points, 5 rebounds halfway through the second quarter.

Luke Travers? The boy from Rockingham?
Yeah. Got a video highlight of him on the tubeyou and his game is the closest to Bird's than i have ever seen..
This draft might have gave us the next Bird and Barkley and they were 2nd round to undrafted. Crazy.

No idea what the Kings are still doing playing Murray. Shut him down. Risking an injury at this point.

Man that dude's second jump and quick feet are really striking for someone his size. Gotta still be holding out hope he can put those to use, still could be really special.

I think we can come for that SL title. Are we in the playoffs?

Re: NBA Summer League 2022
This was supposed to be one of the weakest draft classes in a long time, but it's looking great. It looks stronger than last year's class.
