Well Rams need a WR more than anything that's available with that pick, so I could see that. They could trade down, or I could also see them taking Matt Kalil. I don't see how Dre Kirkpatrick could be top 10 pick though. He's only had three interceptions his entire career. Not to mention he recently got busted with weed.

I also don't know why Tampa would draft Richardson when they have Blount. Unless they want to go with something like a twin headed RB system like the Giants have.
