Rudy Gay played a great game in his debut, but Gallinari is > Gay

Their stats are basically a wash tonight (Gay more efficient and Gallo getting more boards/assists) and Gallo's not done.

Yeah, but look at who they were playing. Everyone was going off on the Hornets.

Why not? We do it with Jeremy Lin every night.

Rubio is mad overrated. Don't talk to me about his knee. Your knee doesn't make you do stupid showy passes to nobody.

I have to say, Gallo's been balling. Best stretch of his career by far. Only about 15, 20 games (if that?) but he's been excellent lately.

Don't know why you would want to see these kids fail. Is it wrong to root for the knicks and for gallo and lin to play well?

Im not one of the ones saying gallo is better than melo or anything like that, just rooting for him and realizing hes a pretty good player

It *started* in December but he also had some big duds in December too. 3-10, 2-10, 1-10, 1-10, 2-8. Taking out those five games, he was really good in December. Almost no bad ones in January.

Earl Clark is the new Shawne Williams. The new D'Antoni guy.

Gotta respect Kobe. I don't think Kobe can sustain dishing out the ball at this clip, but it has been a pleasure to watch.

Agree on this. The guy has completely changed his game to accomodate his team.

He's still better than Marbury 2.0.

I have to say once the Lakers fully bought in, MDA offense is special. It seems like every possession a Laker is completely wide open and the player takes a wide open shot. Minny played honest D, but MDA offense, if fully bought by players, is hella dangerous. The ball movement and player movement are starting to look fluid now. They hit a turning point and seem to be playing on a mission. Kobe seems genuine in being a facilitator, he just wants to do whatever it takes for them to win.
